Our story is very much the birth child of two best friends who simply wanted a pair of premium tinted eye wear, that fit their heads properly, and wasn’t extortionately priced. Why you ask? The boys were frequently mixing fast paced schedules with their social life, and often wanted to hide their tired eyes, and those dreaded hangovers (we’ve all been there let’s face it). If you mix the former with a love of sunglasses, then Tinted eyewear for both the day & night becomes all the more appealing! Unbeknown to the world, Sam and Rez created their own eyewear for themselves initially, then after growing demand from friends and family, decided to create…Dinelli. The name was derived after the duo were watching the Talented Mr Ripley on a wholesome Sunday, and fell in love with the fashion and iconic eyewear the cast wore throughout the movie. It was the Dinelli Café that inspired the brand name and kickstarted the partnership. Think affordable Riviera, premium quality, for whatever the weather, accessorising for your Mood, not the Weather.

No response when requesting a refund
My boyfriend ordered some glasses which sadly did not suit, we have tried to contact them regarding the refund multiple times via email and online chat with no luck. We returned the item but received it back as it was undeliverable to the address provided as ‘they were away’. We are now out of pocket, unable to contact them as we anre being ignored and extremely disappointed. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid !

Took my money but didn’t deliver
It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered a pair of the Tint Eastwoods and still I haven’t received them, no one is interested in replying to my emails, there isn’t a phone number to call, they’ve definitely had my money though!

Refuse to provide refund information…
Was excited to get my pair of Sunglass to find that the fancy box that is comes in had detached itself from the outer packaging. Not massively put off I went to try on the sunglasses and found they were not to my liking. So email the team as requested to ask for refund details noting that the box was damaged and they weren’t suited for my face and to request a refund. Initally received a quick response requesting photos of the box and then nothing for about a week. It only took my following up to get a response from the company not answering my request for refund. It has now been 14 days since I last had communication from them. All I want is to send them back and get my refund as this is within my right but this company are being super unhelpful. Sunglasses are fine but customer service is terrible. Would not recommend

Don’t order it’s a scam!
I have ordered a sunglasses didn’t came, no mail with info about shipping , packaging nothing.
Almost no response by email or Chat! And if response all lies! Said I was not at home and before that they said something went wrong at the post office all lies.

Ordered the Tint Eastwood glasses, emailed & messaged on Instagram straight away to try change the colour i ordered - no response, so i ordered a second pair with the intention of returning the first.
Ts&Cs says to email and request a return within 2 week. Since they arrived I have emailed numerous times, attempted their online chat, messaged on social media & had ZERO RESPONSE.
It’s sad as the glasses are actually very nice.
