Excellent customer relations in placing the order, getting things correct at the start.

Only hiccup was the request to ring on delivery as our building is empty. Luckily someone was in a building next door.

Excellent service from start to finish. I came across Direct fabrics whilst searching for curtains that would not only help dampen sounds from the road outside but be blackout too and also help retain the heat. The sample acoustic lining fabric arrived promptly and on ordering my curtain arrived well within the timeframe that I was expecting which was great. excellent quality & service right down to the smallest of detail …metal curtain hooks had been placed on the header tape too thus saving me going to get these (as the special lining fabric is heavier than my previous curtain). I can only report back on one night so far but the blackout level is superb a little like one would expect in a good hotel. Would recommend.

I very rarely leave reviews simply because we never had to do it in shops! But this company was just excellent, very helpful, clear website, superfast with dispatching samples, well packaged fabric and just all round a good company to deal with, would be very confident to order from them again. Blackout curtain was as described and has been easy to sew onto my unlined curtains. I queried the order as for some unknown reason my paypal receipt showed a split order. A prompt response from direct fabrics confirmed that my order was one continual length as I required.

Direct Fabrics were very helpful from day one and were able to get me reasonable delivery costs to delivery to Northern Ireland. Bedding & curtains look amazing in my mothers Nursing Home bedroom.

When I asked for a sample of lining to be sent that I was sure I’d had before you were able to look up a previous purchase and tell me exactly what I had ordered This meant I could match the fabric and it’s arrival was so quick and all communication was answered promptly All in all an excellent product, price and service would recommend
