We’re sorry to read this, as it’s not typical of our made-to-measure curtains.
All curtains are produced to the measurements provided, with a standard tolerance of up to 1cm. A variation of several inches would be highly unusual and not representative of our manufacturing standards.
If something is outside of tolerance, we always investigate and resolve it. We haven’t been contacted about this previously, but we’d be happy to review it for you.
Please send your order details and photos to our team and we’ll look into this as a priority.

Wonderful service!
Requested samples on a Friday. They were with me on Monday. I ordered the fabric I wanted and that arrived all beautifully wrapped on a roll (no creases!) on the Friday! Amazing service and I was more than happy with the blackout fabric I bought to make curtains for my bedroom.

I have had such great personal service from this company, and Lizzie in particular has been so patient with all my questions and really really helpful.
