I am very disappointed with the service from Direct Vacuums. My parcel was not delivered, and the delivery company said it would be returned to the sender. Direct Vacuums told me they would send a replacement, but I am still waiting for my parcel. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. I should not have to keep waiting after being promised a replacement. The customer service has been very disappointing, and I am unhappy with how this situation has been handled. I would not recommend Direct Vacuums based on my experience. I hope they resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Fab item and at great price

Mmmm where do I start. Website advertising they have 24/7 help customer care. Well in fact it’s AI. No humans. This is my first complaint. Second they send faulty items out that don’t work. Then it’s a nightmare to try and sort out the issue. AI isn’t help. It’s not customer care. What would I want to shop here again when their customer service is AI. It only brings me here to write a negative review. Sorry but I won’t be using you ever gain due to this.

Ordered a vax refurbished steam cleaner as I'd never had one. So impressed with the price, years guarantee and prompt delivery as well as it doing a brilliant clean on various hard floors in the house. Love it! Would definitely recommend this company.
