Non existent 1 year warranty
Bought a kettle 8 months ago and, although it still boils water, the light is defective. It was sent back under warranty, but to our surprise it was returned 10 days later in exactly the same condition. We had no communication from the company about what they could do or a replacement and we can't get past the AI customer service to find out. In fact, BE WARNED the customer service phone number is premium rate and that has cost me money trying to resolve this issue. The advertised warranty is non existent, as is customer service.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a replacement battery for my hoover. When it arrived I tried to charge it and realised it was the charger that was faulty. Not my own battery. I messaged the company explaining this and they said not to worry. They would refund the money and I didn’t have to return the battery! The money has now been refunded. What fantastic customer service.
