Was very nervous about meditation but they made me feel at ease, just had to answer a few questions about myself which was very easy, felt very comfortable and they were very nice people, without them i couldn't move on with my divorce, a big thankyou fir all there help, very much appreciated.

I found the advisors very helpful and compassionate during which is a very difficult time in your life. Also, they made the transition very smooth which especially makes it easier, as I’m Autistic (level 1) and communication is generally a struggle for me at the best of times.

It was so easy to get in touch, I chose the phone. The process was simple, I answered the questions I was asked honestly. Then was advised that an email would follow same day, which I received same day.
Within a few days, I have my mediation session booked. I was actually amazed at how quickly things moved. I must thank the staff for being polite and very helpful. An amazing service, as I told them on the phone.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. The people who I corresponded with were lovely, very helpful, my MIAM was well conducted and answered anything I was worried about. They was quick with everything, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Best service ever, got a lot of advice and guided to the right path, communication was spot on either via emails and calls. Defo would recommend!

Really difficult company to deal with, poor communication and make a very difficult situation worse. Lots of concerns including understanding of neurodivergence as I see others have also mentioned. Booking appointments is difficult as mediators work one day a week if you need in person and there is no option for a female in person mediator. The fact they only take cash payments on site is also very concerning. Overall if you are paying for this service don’t, please look at other mediators who are qualified barristers in the area or spend your money on a solicitor as you will need to anyway.

I can genuinely say disputes mediation are prompt , profession and have a genuine heartfelt desire to find a resolution for any disagreement you can’t resolve. I genuinely can’t thank them enough.

All the team at Disputes Mediation were extremely helpful and friendly, making a difficult process as easy as possible. Danielle and Emma kept me fully informed at all times, and provided answers to my questions promptly and clearly. The MIAM meeting with the mediator was reassuring and really helpful in understanding the process. Although the mediation process was unsuccessful for me, I am very thankful for the professional and gentle manner of the team concerned.

I cannot recommend Georgia P my allocated Case Advisor and Kadan Hassan my allocated Mediator highly enough.
From the very first phone call to the final sign-off, the entire mediation process was absolutely seamless. I was quite nervous initially, but Georgia P was incredibly professional, efficient, and reassuring, setting up all arrangements without any hassle. Kadan Hassan was exceptional. They handled a sensitive and complex situation with incredible skill, maintaining complete neutrality while ensuring both parties felt truly listened to. They created a calm, secure environment that allowed us to move past obstacles that I thought were impossible to resolve. The mediation felt truly collaborative rather than adversarial, and the, ‘plain sailing’ nature of the day was a direct result of their expert handling.
I am so grateful to both of you for turning a stressful ordeal into a smooth, constructive process.
