The property went up for sale in May and we received the sale proceeds in mid-August. That can't be far off a record! We were kept in the picture with progress and all staff were very helpful all the way through.

Our solicitor was Michelle and her lovely assistant Ellena have been amazing. Holly was also helpful in our initial stage too. We are located down in the southwest so nowhere near them and everything was done remotely and online. This has been a very easy process. Thoroughly recommend.

We have had some horrendous experiences with conveyance solicitors in the past but working with Rupert Wood was completely different.

Michelle's work was of the highest possible caliber and she was supported by Ellie and Ellena who kept us up to date throughout the whole process, meaning we never had to chase for updates and felt like we could rely on the team to push things through as quickly as possible.

Completion week was a nightmare, having to reschedule the moving van because the assistant and solicitor didn't pass on messages to eachother!
Just think they should be more careful not to make mistakes, they kept getting me mixed up with other clients.
Also a solicitor going on holiday and not having any progress over that period is a joke. I get that they need holidays but not when your close to completion and it delays clients lives.
I wonder if they take on to many clients at the same time, lost paperwork, silly mistakes.

Still not as bad as my last solicitors. I appreciate the work that was put in to fix all the issues

As first time buyers, we had issues with our previous Solicitors. We instructed Rupert Wood to take over our case and they handled everything brilliantly. Michelle and Ellena handled our case and they were great. They explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and were very responsive to answering what questions we had etc. They were very reliable and punctual to make sure the process was as smooth and as quick as possible too.
