Rupertwood Reviews

We had a a great experience with Rupert Wood and Sons for our house purchase. Ellena and Michelle were in contact with us each step of the way and the whole team were very responsive and helpful with our enquiries. I would definitely recommend Rupert Wood and sons!

Very professional and thorough from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I received copies of everything as it was received or submitted. Would be happy to use them again or recommend them to anyone else

Rupert Wood was recommended to us by our financial advisor, and frankly they were brilliant from start to finish. The work was of the highest level, and dealing with the staff was a real joy. In particular, Ellena Quinlan was incredibly helpful, returned our calls and was always highly personable. We are exceptionally pleased with the level of the service we received.

Absolutely brilliant service! They kept me up to date every step of the way, every email I sent them got responded to very quickly and they always called me when they said they would. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them and I'd highly recommend them.

Very helpful, communication was perfect. Prompt and easy. 5* service

The communication throughout the whole process was amazing and no question was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone. Made the process of purchasing a house straightforward with amazing and friendly communication throughout.

As first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing but the team at Rupert Wood really put us at ease! The whole process was quick and easy! From instruction to completion it was nearly 12 weeks to the day!

Excellent service from the all the team involved in my house purchase. Quick and seamless process.
Would highly recommend using Michelle and the team.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rupert Wood and Son. The handling of paperwork was both slow and careless—documents were completed late and, in some cases, not filled out properly, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.

Communication was also extremely poor throughout the process. There was a clear lack of updates and responsiveness, not just with me but also with the previous owner, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, the service fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to use them again.

I recently completed on my house purchase and sale, and I cannot recommend my solicitor and their team highly enough.

From start to finish, the level of professionalism, communication, and support has been outstanding. This was not the most straightforward process, with several delays and challenges along the way, but they remained proactive, responsive, and committed throughout.

A special thank you to Carl, who made the onboarding process smooth and efficient, and to Ellena, whose communication and support were invaluable. Their teamwork and attention to detail truly made a difference.

Thanks to their dedication and persistence, everything was successfully completed, and I always felt supported and informed during what can be a very stressful process.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing team.

Excellent service from start to finish on the sale of our house- very easy to deal with. This is the third time we have used them over the years and we would certainly do so again. Thanks again to Ashley, Jackie and Ellie, who helped make everything go smoothly.

Great service from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made the whole home buying process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ashley and the team Jackie and Ellie were all incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. They kept everything clear, straightforward and communication was spot on throughout the process, which made things much less stressful.

Really appreciate the support and would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing reliable thorough solicitors that got everything right from start to finish

Brilliant team , answered all enquiries quickly, I would definitely use this company again

Ruperwood and Son Solicitors were amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first house. They were extremely responsive, friendly and professional. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

The conveyance of our property was handled in an efficient and flexible way. We were kept fully advised and informed throughout the process.

Rupee wood was great! I used them many years ago for the purchase of my first home and used them again to buy and sell our home. Handled everything amazingly and kept me up to date via email and calls of urgent I would use them again in the future and come highly recommended to me by my mortgage adviser. Great value for money also thank you.

I would highly recommend Rupertwood for their probate services. They made an extremely difficult time more bearable with their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout the process. Their support and clear communication gave us real peace of mind during such a challenging time.

Commercial lease: This was a challenging time for us and Michelle helped guide us and most importantly did not allow the other solicitor to push her in a direction that was not suitable for the company or myself. The only thing I will say is at the beginning the communication was not great and lead to us begin frustrated.
