A very professional and relaxed service which was treated with complete confidentiality and offered full knowledge of the procedure to follow an initial interview. Would highly recommend.

This was the 2nd time I had to attend mediation meeting as first time around the respondent hadn't engaged with the process and I needed further advice and direction. Naveed was excellent and relayed the information clearly and concisely while listening to my thoughts and concerns. Again knowing that I needed to go through the process again wasn't concerning or stressful as I knew that everyone at Disputes Mediation are nothing but helpful and professional.

I have today had my first mediation session with Maggie.

Maggie very quickly got to an understanding of the situation and easily resolved the issues for me, by agreeing for me to progress to court, because the situation is not resolvable by mediation sessions, no matter how many of them.

Maggie has effectively saved me at least a month in mediation and plenty of monetary resources that can now progress towards court fees for that I am incredibly grateful.

Bethany and Jordan have been very swift in the administration side of things too. I would wholeheartedly recommend Disputes Mediation.
