Being a UK citizen abroad I required a UK company willing to offer video conferencing overseas.

I emailed a significant number of websites offering mediation and Disputes Mediation were pole position from the start due to their swift response.

I then narrowed my selection down to two front runners and Disputes Mediation gained my trust over the course of the following two or three days.

There was never any pressure from their team for me to act immedaitely, which was welcoming seeing as they were so fast to respond and also seeing as they made it clear that in circumstances such as mine, in a slow moving process, they would not be the ones to add any unneccesary time to the procedure.

The staff could not have been more helpful or reassuring throughout the initial phase and choosing to work with them became an easy decision.

The mediation consultation itself was performed professionally and my mediator was equally as fantastic as the staff that took my initial enquiry. They all play important roles within the company perfectly and certainly know their job well.
