Divermenti work hard to ensure good customer care and keep you informed with progress in delivery, even when a third party, in my case, Parcelforce, lost my plates. My order was replaced and received as quickly as possible by Divermenti.

Absolutely love the products, website needs an upgrade!
Absolutely love the products. However I do think the website needs a bit of an upgrade. Was buying 8 dinner plates, 8 side plates and 8 pasta bowls for my granddaughter. She wanted one of each of the designs in the Amalfi collection, not 8 of the same design. The website doesn’t allow you to simply click on each of the designs, you had to add one to the basket and keep going backwards and forwards. Took ages. I tried calling the 2 tel numbers I found on the site several times, as thought it may be easier to do it over the phone, but no one answered. The dinner service was delivered fine however, no problem with that.

Really enjoyed the day cooking with Dina who was very generous with her knowledge and happy to share her skills. Perhaps next time having more opportunities to actually cook rather than watch a demonstration would be nice.
