Excellent service quite fast delivery and well packed.

To say this has been the worst online experience is being too kind to B&Q. I have moved into a new build and while waiting for my fitted kitchen I ordered in stock kitchen items for delivery on the 7/1/26 to have in place as an alternative while i waited for the fitted one. A week after my delivery was due and not delivered I called their 1800 UK based help number to get in touch with an absolutely soulless lady who wouldn’t answer my query as to when my order would arrive as I wasn’t the account holder.. I advised that my husband (the original account holder) had died and I just wanted information. There was absolutely no sympathy from her. I asked for her manger and she hung up on me. After redialling the number I got another lady who said I would have to email them my late husbands death cert for them to change the name. Please note it’s very simple to change the name all it takes is logging into your account and changing the name … which I did. This got me the answers I needed when I called back I was advised my order was split into 2 as they came from different depots. My b&q part the presses were delivered by their staff when they said they would. However I’m still awaiting part of my order the kitchen worktop. I believe it only had to be delivered from one of the cork kitchen providers in Sarsfield court glanmire. In their defence they have said they tried to deliver and called my number. This wasn’t true I’ve had many deliveries and tradesman doing jobs these past few weeks and none have any difficulties in delivering or contacting my mobile. They did deliver a roll of kitchen tape which said 2/2 they left this on the doorstep in the lashing rain.
I contacted Mahon and tbh a very nice gentleman tried to help me as best he could. He told me to contact Liffey valley as that’s the online ordering depot. Surprise surprise after 10 calls no one answered.
Never will I order from b&q again. I wish I read the previous reviews

I went to B&Q to purchase a pair of replacement sliding doors. I found the staff not only helpful but knowledgeable about the subject and their systems. The doors were to be delivered in two weeks. Lo and behold, I was advised that they would be delivered almost to the day. Due to a prior commitment I could not receive them that day so we agreed on a new date. They arrived bang on time and the couriers were absolutely brilliant and helpful. Top mark's indeed all round.

Told online purchases takes 5 to 7 days delivery, but it took week's. When they did arrive one door was missing. They are for a new business starting up which opens tomorrow. I just checked when replacement door will arrive and it's not until feb 6th. I will never use this service again absolutely shocking.

Poor customer service staff wouldn't help us .told us to ring number on shower for service team when we told them the number said doesn't exist they said Google it

The wrong item was delivered to my home three times. The return required dropping the item back to the store each time which is 40km away.

The refund was delayed due to a technical issue with B&Q servers, which lead to me incurring a charge on my credit card.

Overall the staff in Liffey Valley were great but the delivery from the UK was a shambles.

It took way too long to arrive. I got several updates saying it was going to be delivered today and I hung around all day and it never showed up. Eventually showed up three weeks later.

I never received my goods. I took a day off work for a promised delivery but no delivery. I ordered well before Christmas and today is the 15/01/26 and I am still waiting!! Very disappointed. I have been promised delivery in the next few days. Failing receipt I will be looking for a refund!!

Great product and price, delivery was disappointing. It had been well packaged but badly damaged in transit; outer plastic torn open and everything soaking wet. Thankfully nothing missing.

Just got a B&Q delivery from XPO fast and reliable , was fully tracked too, sent a message that I was next for delivery . Would totally recommend this service. I know they have changed delivery companies from DHL to this company and it’s for the better. Great service.

I was in the market for a new bathroom and I met with the B&Q Kitchen/Bathroom planner in Swords, Co Dublin. This is the third time I have dealt with this planner for kitchens and bathrooms. She is an excellent planner and offered some solid advice for each of my projects. She is very courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Product was delivered on time and in tact.

Purchased paint on line on 26/12 for a job. Estimated delivery date was 6/1.
No communication, no tracking info...didn't arrive...called customer support...told it would arrive definitely via dpdn on 9/1. Emailed customer complaints...no reply. Didn't arrive on 9/1 phone again..now.toldmproduct not with delivery company yet...,requested a refund. Again emailed.cusyomet complaints....and now 12/1 and still no reply. Just abysmal service....no communication update, no tracking option ...just so poor. Will not use delivery again. Will I ever hear from customer services ....I doubt it !!

Very disappointed with the service. Order was to be delivered before Christmas. Then told it would be delivered on the 8th Jan after calling twice, no delivery on the 8th. Now being told they do not know when my order will be delivered or they might be giving me a refund. I do not want a refund as I bought my items on sales.
