diyterrariums.co.uk Reviews

Great service. Even though my plants were stuck in the sorting office due to heavy snow and unavailable staff for several extra days the plants were still in savable condition.

Great plants and materials, nice personal touch with hand written notes and discount code! Speedy delivery as well.

Lovely beginners terrarium, used it as my secret santa.
My only issue is that it took 5 days to deliver rather than the 48 hours as stated. Not your fault but Royal Mails fault, the plant was still ok.

Bought 30 plants for a workplace terrarium workshop. Firstly they were so so beautiful and well packaged.

A massive thank you for fulfilling my order so amazingly and enabling me and my colleagues to have such a wonderful workshop. The set had so much variety and I really appreciated your responsiveness to my shipping needs and questions, it really helped to ensure everything went smoothly and a bonus that all packaging was recycled!!!

Will be using these guys again for the next workshop and my own personal terrarium endeavours.

Super willing and helpful re communications. Plants healthy. Glass looks good. I'm willing to assume the kits will be sufficient for the job stated. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Everything was spot on and most importantly my Godson Loved it! X

Great communication throughout. Thanks for the order.

I love my terrarium kit. Love that this shop (Poppy) had sufficient thought for me as a customer to handwrite a wee explanatory note personally to me, made me feel valued. This purchase brought a super smile for me this morning - ThankYou! The kit is just fabulous. EVERYTHING that's needed is there, and the instructions are brilliantly easy to follow, in perfect sequence, and the final result is a beautiful adorable little piece of nature.
This kit is really well thought out, very well organised and labelled, and the kit volumes are perfect for the size of the terrarium, Poppy’s forethought is brilliant. I am really pleased with the results, my kit is a superb introduction to building a closed terrarium since it doesn't require dropping materials from height through a narrow neck. This is a dinky little piece of wonderful nature, a great talking point. Poppy got this to me in Northern Ireland really speedily and superbly safely packed, so the contents were totally fresh. I thoroughly recommend DiyTerrariums and these kits!

I had a very large fish bowl and decided to order the large terrarium kit. It arrived very quickly and extremely well packaged. The instructions were clear. I set up terranium within 30 minutes. I split some plants and left one full plant out. I have plenty of materials and plants to make another one. Now to find another glass container.

Brilliant kit, bought for a 50th Birthday present, arrived extremely quickly. Plants in fab condition, everything needed for the terrarium and some, and good value for money. Definitely recommend!

Great products! Very quick service even when I had put in an order late for when I needed it. Great communication.

Personal friendly company. The product is excellent. Made my own bag end complete with the one ring and the home. So cool

A selection of items bought for my 10 year nephew's birthday who wanted to make a terrarium of his own.
The order arrived promptly and he got straight down to creating his designs and is delighted with the look he has achieved.

Very quick to send out the plants. Also extremely helpful. The plants most importantly were in excellent condition and well packed.

Got all the kit I needed for 2 small terrarium which was easy to use and delivered promptly

The website was easy to use and Poppy & Logan were really helpful with any queries I had. Everything was well packaged and I am really pleased with the end result . I definitely recommend them and will hopefully use again.

Excellent customer service, good quality plants delivered quickly and packaged well to avoid damage

Super fast , great value, packaging was amazing as were the instructions and the plants. Will definitely be ordering again !

I bought some items when I bought myself a carboy last year. Certainly overestimated my terrarium making skills and was so pleased to find Poppy for her advice and the extensive stock of plants etc.
Now 10 months on attended their terrarium workshop at Carlton Towers. Both Poppy and Logan have such a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for terrariums. It’s clear they enjoy sharing that with people. And tbh they demystify the process. Supportive throughout the session with hints and encouragement. We were all totally put at ease by them. If you get chance to attend their workshop then I would wholeheartedly recommend you do. And I came home with my own closed terrarium.

I’m already putting together my next ‘must have’ list to buy on the their website. I know everything is top quality. They’re reasonably local to me being located in Selby but offer a fast delivery service using their website.

Thanks x

Goods were despatched quickly and everything arrived in good order.
The quality was excellent too, very happy.
