I would like to give my highest commendation to the team at D.J. Alexander Sales and Lettings in Sunnyside, Edinburgh for the excellent service and support provided throughout the tenancy and, in particular, during the end-of-tenancy process.

A special mention must go to Beth McNamara, End of Tenancy Property Manager, who handled matters with exceptional professionalism, fairness and understanding. Beth took the time to listen, considered the circumstances carefully and communicated clearly throughout. Her calm and balanced approach helped ensure that the end of the tenancy was managed smoothly, efficiently and without unnecessary stress.

I would also like to recognise Johan Ross, Senior Property Manager, who was equally professional, approachable and fair. Johan listened carefully, understood the issues involved and dealt with matters in a sensible and constructive way. It was very reassuring to deal with people who combine strong professional standards with genuine empathy and common sense.

Throughout the tenancy, Phoebe Conod, Emma Fairgrieve and Harrison Reeves also provided excellent support. Whenever maintenance or repairs were required, matters were handled efficiently and without fuss. Communication was clear, issues were followed through and the necessary work was organised with minimal disruption. From a landlord's perspective, that reliability and attention to detail is extremely valuable.

What has impressed me most about the D.J. Alexander team is the consistent sense of professionalism, fairness, responsiveness, integrity, respect and customer focus. They listen, communicate well, take ownership of issues and work towards practical solutions rather than simply processing matters mechanically.

Good property management depends on trust, communication and the ability to deal fairly with both landlords and tenants, and this team demonstrated those qualities throughout.

Beth, Johan, Phoebe, Emma and Harrison are all a real credit to D.J. Alexander. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Sunnyside team and would be very happy to deal with them again in the future.

Gill Annand has been absolutely amazing. We felt welcomed from the first moment we had a viewing. The process has been smooth and easy, and any queries we had were responded to quickly and brilliantly!

Shannon Patrick helped me greatly itemising and working through a lot of maintenance and decorating issues at the end of a long tenant lease. Shannon was patient working through the list with me asking questions to see what was a must & what was more optional given there were significant costs involved. He also compiled a list of items that were tenant responsibility like garden & house cleaning issues.

Renting out my flat through DJ Alexander is a very stress free experience. They take care of all issues from securing new tenants to the maintenance of the property and advising onrefurbishment when necessary. All of this is done in full consultation with myself whaich makes the whole process much easier. Recently they have managed the changeover of tenants, and Shannon Patrick, the End of Tenancy Property Manager, has organised this very efficiently and kept me up to date at all times. I am very happy with the servise provided by all the staff at DJ Alexamder.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris from DJ Alexander. He helped us find our dream home within one day from viewing to acceptance. We explained that we had very little time to find a place as I was due to start a job in Glasgow later this month. Chris made a really stressful time for us a smooth and easy one. He was super friendly and very enthusiastic abut the property whilst being knowledgeable about the property, area and landlord. We truly cannot thank him enough. I dealt with Gill Annand at dj Alexander Aberdeen, for my viewing she was absolutely great. I was coming from Glasgow, my trains were delayed and cancelled. She went out her way to come back to the flat I was viewing as I had missed the appointment. I highly recommend Gill she is fabulous
