I purchased what was supposed to be the most expensive lighting system available and tested it the same night. One of the moving heads turned out to be defective, so I returned to the store the next day.
Upon arrival, a young and enthusiastic sales rep assisted me, and we were both shocked to discover that his colleague had sold me the wrong model, a cheaper model, and an open-box unit—all presented as a brand-new premium product.
To make matters worse, the sales rep who originally sold it to me didn’t offer any apology or acknowledgment, even while standing right there as the issue was uncovered.
Future customers should be aware of this experience and double-check what they are being sold before leaving the store.

I recently purchased a Yamaha MG06 and encountered a small issue with the switch. After a brief discussion with Anthony, he promptly assisted me in swapping it for another unit without any hassle. The process was quick, professional, and stress-free.

Few weeks ago my husband bought a speaker in DJ City in Malaga. Unfortunately we've given the wrong one however they are very willing to give us the right one and return the wrong one though we've use it twice already.

I had great service 11 months ago when I bought my speaker system and I've been very happy with the product. I'm a celebrant and at a wedding rehearsal today, one of the wireless microphones stopped working.

I went back to DJ City Malaga this afternoon and they made everything really easy and solved my problem. They swapped over the whole system as it was still under warranty. They also let me open up the new one, in store, to check everything was working. I've got a wedding tomorrow and can't afford to take anything for granted.

I'll definitely try these guys first for any audio needs in future. I prefer dealing with a shop that doesn't try to be everything. These guys do all manner of audio systems and know their products.

Purchased a light bar which stopped working 2 months on. So what, sometimes gear fails… took it in for warranty and they replaced straight away. Legendary team in the brissy store keeping pro’s working!!

Have purchased numerous times and no problem there, but a new DBR speaker was not working properly. was sent back for repairs and 2 months on still not back, asked for replacement instead but there happy for me to keep renting weekly at my expense rather then send me mine, or a new replacement for the faulty one. so far have spent $1100 hiring to make up for my speaker that hasn't even been used yet and needed repair...... still waiting
