Good communication throughout and easy to do business with

Given a courtesy car while mine repaired. Received updates during repairs and a full description of repairs when finished. My car looks and handles exactly as it did before the crash, so very pleased with the work done.

Quality repair of vehicle

My car was picked up and dropped off at home, making the process so easy for me. No time off work required. And such a speedy service, had my car back, good as new, in less than 48 hours.

The Contact was excellent they nearly always initiated the contact from pick up to drop off.
They continued to give regular updates on progress and finished the job much quicker than i thought all done to a good standard.

From the initial contact with DLG everything was explained to me regarding the repair, a date and time was agreed for the collection of my vehicle, and at the same time the delivery of the courtesy car, throughout the repair the company was in contact with me informing me of progress. Customer service was excellent.

Polished panels finished to poor standard and bonnet and wings painted poorly. Wing blending poor and bonnet repaired and resprayed with imperfections. Also damage grill fitted but replaced when complained.

2nd attempt, sensors only work when you are about to hit the object in front. No countdown that you are getting close to the vehicle in front. The side sensors not working at all. It’s high turn over and little care to check the quality of work before they return the vehicle. Really disappointed.Will take to Toyota to resolve.

Car picked up on truck, kept us updated of progress and delivered back week later. Not the biggest job but looks to be well done.

Insurance company recommended DLG for repair to car. Could not fault this company. All communication was timely and appropriate. Every member of staff we had contact with were so professional. Big shout out to Neil who collected car and Peter who returned it, they are a credit to this company. Repair itself was excellent and car was spotlessly clean when it was returned.

Communication was fast and clear. Collection and delivery of the vehicle was as arranged. The quality of the repair was excellent. All in all a trouble free experience.

One of the best services I have had anywhere, ever. The car was booked in for repair within 2 hours of notifying the insurance company. Admittedly there wasn't a great deal of damage but the following week the car was in being repaired and ready for collection within 24 hours. Customer service was excellent. First class service all round.
