Fantastic experience! My car was in for repair for 3 weeks, with problems obtaining the part. I was asked if I wanted my car back as it’s drivable and they would fix it when the part is in. I agreed, went for my car today and was amazed that they have temporary fixed it for me. The gentleman that took me to my car was also very helpful and approachable.
All the staff need a pat on the back as they are a great team. I was kept up to date on a regular basis and the staff were always helpful.

The repair seems to be good standard. However the off side wing mirror back cover was loose and does not clip on properly now which it was fine before when it went in for repairs. This was no we’re near the repair area

All the staff where polite, helpful and attenuative, the quality of the repairs where excellent

Through the insurance DLG Autos have repaired my vehicle on a few occasions and honestly, I cannot rate them highly enough!! They are very efficient, extremely knowledgeable, professional, really friendly and courteous and keep you informed at every step. I wouldn't trust anyone else more when it comes to vehicle repairs.

The overall service experience was satisfactory in terms of both timeliness and quality. However, there were notable issues with the functionality of the courtesy vehicle. Notably, the cigarette lighter socket was damaged, rendering it impossible to utilize certain essential features such as the dash camera. Additionally, the borrowed car exhibited an exceptionally high fuel consumption rate, which was concerning.

Moreover, upon completion of the service, there appeared to be a shortage of staff at the garage, resulting in an inconvenience for customers awaiting the return of their vehicles. Regrettably, this necessitated a personal visit to the garage to retrieve my car, which added an unnecessary inconvenience to the overall experience.

In conclusion, while the service time and quality were commendable, the issues encountered with the curteasy vehicle's functionality and the subsequent inconvenience of retrieving my car detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

My son had a car accident & Insurance company referred us here to get the work done
They had the car for over 3 weeks and the first time my son drove it when he got it back it still had the same error messages on the dashboard that came up when he had the accident
I phoned the company only to be told it your son should be fine to drive it (even though the service book clearly said it shouldn’t be drove while this light was showing)
I took the car back to DLG autos for them to re run diagnostics only for them to tell me whatever’s wrong with it is nothing to do with the accident and they weren’t required to fix it however when I asked for this to be confirmed by email they refused
Lady on reception was lovely but Steve who was the manager of repairs was rude , arrogant and obviously knew very little as he told me he’d never seen the error message that came up before but according to a you tube video that he just watched he was pretty sure it was nothing to do with the accident

Highly recommend the company. Always keeping the customers up to date with the repair. Staff are friendly polite and knowledgeable.

Unable to deal with my own ceramic coating company, warranty would be invalidated. Had to ask for coating to be left off and pay myself in addition to my insurance company excess

My car was booked in for repair to rear bumper and reflector/ sensor panel. The work completed was good,but damage to my center console inside took place.Obviously due to storing parts I assume, inside the car.
The courtesy car had strong smell of weed when dropped off. Reported to the office and on pick up.

Following an altercation with a supermarket bollard my Insurance Company directed me to this company for repairs.

I had excellent service from all concerned and my car is now back with me and looking like new.

I was kept informed by very helpful office staff and the people who collected and returned the vehicle were very pleasant and always contacted me with a time slot when they were on their way.

Whilst I hope never to have to use them again I can happily recommend them should you need any vehicle repairs.

Absolutely fantastic service , the customer service from start to finish was excellent,delivery drivers were friendly and kept us informed of pick up drop off times car was recovered repaired and returned to its former glory within two weeks highly recommend DLG auto to anyone exceptional company very happy customer thankyou
