Freak accident to my car and didn't know what the damage might be. Sent to DLG and they were fabulous. Kept me in touch with the process and what was happening with my car. Taken to them Monday and returned to me Friday all fixed. Couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and supportive (it was a Motability car) and got me back on the road faster than I expected.

From the very day accident happened they were contacting me to arrange pickup of car, they kept me informed althrough of the repair.Always on time with collection and dely.

The people at reception were very helpful and thorough and did a full examination of my car including mileage etc. The engineer rang us when they said and gave a full report of the damage and what needed doing.texts and phone calls were on time and the collection date was exactly when they said and again reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The repair was very good and the car had been cleaned very well too.

The whole process was efficient and the driver who picked up and returned our car was courteous and good-natured.
The repair was carried out perfectly and the car looks as good as new.

We found DLG helpful. The repair work has been of a high standard - looks like new! And the staff who both picked up the car and brought it back were very pleasant and efficient. (There were a couple of delays in completing the work, but this did not present us with a problem.)

I can't find fault with anything they did. It was quite a stressful time for me. They were extremely helpful and efficient every time I called them. Luke was punctual and helpful in collecting and delivering my car. The work carried out was very well done. I'm very pleased with my repaired and shiny car! Thank you.

Couldn’t be happier. Car collected on time with prior notice :) Damaged area on car was completed with efficiency and excellent workmanship. Paint work on a black car is hard, they have truly done an amazing job. Car delivered, again, with prior notice and reliably.
