What a fabulous team!
Whilst ours was a straight forward sale as there was no chain, that does not take away the professionalism of the team at DM&Co.
I was kept constantly updated with the progress of the sale and completion day went without a problem.

Working with Victoria in the sales progression team was also a highlight of working with DM & Co. her tenacity allowed us to reach exchange of contracts in a timely fashion and moved us from sold to completed within 12 weeks.

I have just completed on the sale of my property and I want to say a big thank you to DM&Co. I primarily dealt with Evie and Victoria who kept me up-dated and informed regularly. From valuation to completion the whole experience was relatively stress-free. They also liaised with my solicitors and kept things moving along. We sold our home with DM&Co Solihull and purchased our next home through DM&Co Dorridge. Staff across both offices were brilliant, very easy to contact and kept pushing to get our moved sorted despite two buyers pulling out and poor solicitors elsewhere in the chain.

During a difficult market Ann Wood went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer for our property. It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! We cannot thank Ann enough for all of her help during this process! As soon as I spoke to Ann during an initial enquiry about a valuation I new DM&Co were the agent for us. Just picked up our keys and we have had nothing but exceptional customer service, genuine care and support from these guys. After being rejected from multiple properties and letting agents outright refusing to consider us for properties due to one of us being self employed and the other having a poor credit file, the agents at DM&co, specifically Harvey and Kate, listened to what we needed and our situation in order to support us through the letting process. We picked up the keys to our new property today, a place we hope for a good few years to come.
