Very helpful and efficient!

This was my first time to use doconline and they were very efficient and friendly and ever so quick to call me at the time I had chosen . Resolved my issue in no time and prescription sent straight away to pharmacy of my choice...... absolutely brilliant service and will be using going forward

Doctor listened and helped me with my problem very helpful

They really didn’t do anything for me, the doctor connected 10 mins late to the call in two minutes said to me to go get checked personally for stomach pain and didn’t help me at all.

Made my appointment at 1.35pm and was talking to the doctor 10 minutes later. He sent my prescription to our local pharmacy and was done and dusted in under half an hour. Such a lovely doctor, couldn’t recommend this service highly enough.

From deciding to book the appointment to picking up the prescription was less than 40minutes what a great service

The doc on line rang on time and was very good with my consultation, I sent a photo of my skin infection and was given appropriate medication on prescription to pharmacy immediately. I was very satisfied and knew my recovery would be quick. Many thanks

I got an appointment right away.
Didn't have to sit on the phone waiting to book appointment.
The Dr listen to me and spoke to me with empathy and understood how I was feeling. Listened to my story and the anxiety I have been going through. The Dr took into account the path I would prefer to go with prn medication not long term medication. I recieved a sick cert right away. I actually got off the phone and smiled and felt at ease.
