Amazing experience. First time using, my friend told me about this online service. Allows people not to have to take time off work or have to try to get to a GP and sit a long time in waiting rooms or have to hold days to get an appointment. No other words but amazing. Booking an appointment is very easy and the doctor was lovely. Highly highly highly recommend.

It was quick and easy to access. No messing about which I like. I would have preferred the doctors camera on but not the end of the world.

I have used this service three times. Brilliant service as I couldnt get an appointment with my own Doctor. There are multiple same day appointments available. Works well for general illnesses.
The Doctor was Ontime video call/call polite and attentive. Meds were sent straight to my nearest pharamacy and appointment is cheaper then your usual Doctor. Wouldnt obviously advise this service for anything serious but Im sure that is in the policy.

Very fast and efficient call with the doctor, Dr Aleena, who was extremely nice and helpful. The call didn’t happen at the requested time but I emailed the Doc on call and was told that I was next in line. The delay was minimal and not an inconvenience.

Clear concise, quick and friendly and understanding

A very efficient service. Easy to get an appointment an hour or so later. The doc was very kind with my 17yr old and knew what to prescribe. The video call was delayed by 10mins and the Doc apologised! Out of her control, the previous patient took longer. We collected the prescription with zero hassle. We then received a follow up email asking did we need a follow up appointment, offering a discount rate. I am very pleased and would recommend it, if you don't need a physical doctor.

I was in a lot of pain I knew what was wrong as it has happened to me before the doctor was very helpful and professional she knew from my symptoms what was wrong with me I couldn’t get an appointment with my own gp until Wednesday morning it’s my first time to use doc online and would definitely recommend them the doctor sent a prescription up to my pharmacy and gave me a sick note to rest up for two day all within 45mins I was starting an antibiotic I’m so pleased as when I get sick things change very quickly I am starting to feel the effects of the antibiotics already not in as much pain thank you doc online
