Efficient
Quick, easy and efficient. I needed a prescription urgently although my GP surgery is closed on Sundays. I managed to get a phone for 5 minutes from the time I looked up the website. My prescription was sent straight to the pharmacy with no issues. The doctor was very understanding and reliable.

I "checked in" online and the doctor never logged on or contacted me. I waited an hour "checked in" just in case, but nothing. I emailed DocOnline about it and haven't received a response.

Could not get in with my doctor 👩⚕️
Could not get in with my doctor 👩⚕️, so someone told me about this service. I booked the appointment at 16.20, she called me at 16.39 and I had medication from the pharmacy by 17.15. Doctor was amazing, really nice and discussed my issues and treated them no problem. Cheap too ! Would recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you .

The consultation was ended even though the doctor was aware of my situation, as I had already written and explained my symptoms in the chat.
I explained to the doctor that I do not speak English and that it would be necessary to use the chat during the consultation.
He called me on WhatsApp, and I explained the situation again. However, he ended the consultation, saying that he was unable to help me.
