Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass ich für am 12 Juni für 19,99 einen Monat gebucht habe und jetzt sehe, dass 49,99 von meinem Konto abgebucht werden. Es war nirgends ersichtlich, dass es sich hier um ein Abo handelt zu einem hohen Preis. Ich habe doggy-plan bei PayPal gemeldet, habe zusätzlich dem Support von Doggy.plan geschrieben und hoffe, dass mein Geld zurückkommt. Sehr unseriöser Anbieter, ich bin maximal frustriert

Ich fühle mich getäuscht

Ich fühle mich getäuscht, statt 19,99 werden plötzlich 49,99 abgebucht! Das war bei Abschluss nicht transparent dargestellt. Preis/Leistung völlig überzogen, bewusste Abbofalle???Ich hoffe sehr dass meine Kündigung zügig bearbeitet wird und keinerlei Abbuchungen mehr erfolgen.

My fault for signing up for this

My fault for signing up for this, but stay away. Signed up for a trial and did not read the fine print. If you don’t select a plan, they automatically bill you at nearly triple the most expensive plan rate. You have to email to cancel, and they won’t just cancel without back and forth trying to keep you.
Probably the same people who have been trying to contact you about your used car warranty, or scamming old people out of their retirement.

Be aware of ongoing charges!

Absolute frauds! Seems they continue to dupe people out of money by automatically charging for something people weren’t aware of. I’m yet to receive a receipt, billing confirmation or notice about future billing. Then they come with some random stipulation for the 30 day MBG even though it’s not the initial payment a refund was requested for. Cancelled within the 30 days and they still refuse to refund the additional charge of £49.99. Cowboys at work and now referred to PayPal as a dispute as getting nowhere with them. Also, content is 👎 open first video to see it’s dubbed, which is for me makes it frustrating to follow along. Didn’t even get past the first one plus there wasn’t in a position to use it anyway. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM!

**UPDATE 21/07/24**
For complete transparency:

After yet another email advising I will be contacting PayPal disputing the transaction for £49.99, they did respond and finally decided to refund in the end, which I’m pleased about. It’s just a shame I had to go through all of this in order for this action to take place.

I signed up for the month trial for $20…

I signed up for the month trial for $20 I started to use it and decided it wasn’t for me and my dog so I followed the guidelines about how to cancel the subscription. I sent 2 emails before my renewal date and yet they still charged me the $49.99 for the next month. I had to send them a message on their “contact us” to even get a reply, which I was then told multiple times they would not refund me. I explained 4 times how I understood their rules, followed all the appropriate steps and yet they still charged me. It wasn’t until I told them that them taking my money after I unsubscribed is theft and providing screen shots of when I sent my initial email and a copy of their unsubscribing guidelines did they then refund me. After reading reviews I do think this company is a scam and shouldn’t be trusted.

AVOID….Quite the scam!
I bought the reduced price trial with no idea it automatically went on to a subscription after till I was charged $79.99 . There is no where to look at you account to see your subscriptions or when payment is due etc , no email reminder. Nothing ..
You have to email them to cancel & they will not refund.
The website & content itself is poor, it’s all dubbed, only uses their own already trained dogs so no real life working examples.

I would give negative stars if I could. The first video, they just talk about how to watch the video before asking questions over and over for the majority of the video. Really low quality video as well. They don't respond to requests for cancellations. Really just a rip off

I only gave 1 star as can't give .

I only gave 1 star as it is impossible to give 0.
Didn't realise was a subscription until later on.
Emailed them in April after a £79.99 debit To cancel as I was out of work. And the techniques do not work with my dog (we have given plenty of time and effort but had to seek alternative guidance with his breeder.
Today they have done it again.
Am I ever going to be free of this company.

Avoid

Avoid, it’s a scam. Based on other reviews and my experience I can now see it’s a scam. I got an Instagram ad and was intrigued, upon clicking via Instagram and being redirected to their website they somehow added me as a premium member and started charging me 50€ per month.
It took me a while to realise what it is from my bank statements and when I emailed them to receive a refund they informed me it does not align with their refund policy.

Avoid at any cost

Horrible refund policy.

Thought I was paying for a trial subscription but it was a monthly subscription. After the initial $20 I paid to test it out I was not impressed with the few chapters I started. A lot of it felt like redundant information that most people in charge pf taking care of an animal should know. So I stopped using the online book and was then billed $50 a month later. After searching their website to unsubscribe, you have to email them in order to unsubscribe! After a few back and forth emails with them, they made it seem like they cared about giving me a refund but they in fact didnt. In order to receive a refund from them you have to abide to multiple of their guidelines listed on their refund policy.

Bad business practices

I'm the same as the rest of the people on here. I paid for a single course so I thought until I was charged the $49.99 USD for another month. Bad business practices luckily I paid via PayPal. I have since heard back and my opinion has changed. I have now realised they are complete charlatans. Don't ever deal with this company totally dishonest.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am highly disappointed with Doggy PlanApp. Despite signing up, I never received the email with my password reset after forgetting, the costs increase to $49.99, not receiving the book. Repeated attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service I couldn't use due to these issues. Now they shared a link to enter, but not being able to reset password, or see membership information. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Scammers

Yep, I got scammed as well. I requested a cancellation before my 30 day trial ended and was given the run around and repeated ignoring of my emails. Very poor customer service and highly overpriced.
