ordered a coat - its way too short in the back and they will not respond to any form of contact - best advice would be to avoid and buy from elsewhere- truly shocking customer service

The worst customer service ever! Do not buy from them. I bought a coat for my dog, but they were too big and the shape did not fit our dog well, so I wanted to return it. It clearly says on the website 30-day money back guarantee, but in order to return it, you have to get in touch with the company because there's no return address. They also ask you to pay £5 for the postage. Even though I asked to return the item, they were adament that they would send us the right size coat. I paid for the £5, and nothing has happened. It's now been over 3 weeks since this has all started, and every time I get in touch wtih them, they reply with the same answer. I have now paid £5 extra and I am still left with the coat that is the wrong size and that I cannot use. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

So I emailed and the reply was this....

We are really sorry about that issue. We will solve it quickly don't worry, Have you measured the chest size of your dog before ordering or just checked weight or breed examples ? (just asking in order to improve our size guide. Can you please give us your order number, the breed and the exact chest measurement & exact back measurement of your dog please ? (please find the following photo « how to measure chest » by clicking here : HOW TO MEASURE) & a photo of your dog wearing the actual coat received please ?
I will find a solution really quickly, because we really want your satisfaction.

So I replied with if clothing doesn't fit me I don't have to supply all these details.
After pestering I received a refund but they have held 5 quid back for the return which they still haven't given me details for and now ignoring me!

UK buyers - you will wait a month for these products. My order went in on 28.11.25 and I waited 2 weeks..only to be told that the order will now take another 12 days...They ship direct from Wuhan in China and there is no customer service to speak to at all.

You can buy the exact same dog coats on SHEIN for a fraction of the price, these are not what they say they are.
I am very annoyed as I wanted to buy something that was not available on a china website, I feel cheated. The picture advert shows a coat with a small label on the back NOT a big round FASHION SPORTS label.
It was not mentioned anywhere that these coats came from China, it was supposed to be quick delivery but my suspicion was raised when I tracked the order and it said was on its way to the order country.

I recently fell into the trap of ordering one of these coats. Although I paid the extra £4.99 delivery charge for faster delivery it took a week to arrive. Now that it has arrived it is far too small. It wouldn’t fit a kitten, let alone a medium sized dog. I have asked to return it free of charge for a full refund including the £4.99. I paid with PayPal and raised the issue with them. I don’t know how these companies keep going. They must all think we are stupid. In my case that might be true. 🥺

My wife bought one of the coats with a built in harness. It looks great and the dog looks really cute. Had it about 5 weeks. Our puppy is a cavapoo who weigh 6kg. The harness has snapped out of the coat. Completely on 1 side at the front and hanging on by a thread on the other side. If we weren’t in the park she could have easily slipped the harness and got ran over. Contacted doggykings and they said you only get a 30 day guarantee. Just checked they mean money back and. It guarantee. They mean guarantee. Would not exchange. I think it shows they don’t have much faith in the quality of the product if you only get a 30’day guarantee. Very poor indeed.
I left this same 1 star review on their website which they have not published, so don't go thinking they are a 5 star company, they only publish 5 star reviews. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Be mindful the dog coats are manufactured in china and the sizes differ significantly from normal UK sizes.

Purchased a medium coat for my very small dog and it was far too small. In actual fact he required a large or a very large coat because of the size difference.

Company would have exchanged it but wanted additional postage costs of £5 so I opted for a full refund (minus original £4.99 P&P).

I’m sure I’m not the only person to discover the size differences so customers need to examine their size chart carefully, and if in doubt, contact their service line for clarification.
