Doggykings Reviews

I ordered 3 coats for my dogs unfortunately none fitted the service I received was amazing and so helpful I was sent another 3 coats. Unfortunately I have daushound dogs and Jack Russell mixes and the coats don't fit right because of there body shapes which wasn't the companies fault. But I'm donating them to a animal shelter and they will be greatly appreciated 🙌🐾.

Dodgykings! Purchased 25th November, emailed straight away when i received the coats which are far too small 12th December and they wont refund.
Absolutely con
Terrible customer service, i asked back in December for a return address and they asked for the measurements of my dogs. I requested a refund on multiple occasions and they wont give me a return address or information on how i get a refund and then replied i was outside the 30 days so they have the right to refuse my refund.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Item very good, nice quality and well made.

Sadly my friend who walks my furry asked for the old one as when he runs back to her the buckle on the side hurts her legs.

Definitely a 5star item

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, doggykings were fantastic and corrected my purchase with no fuss. the jackets are amazing such good quality and fit perfectly. will definitely order again and recommend to my family and friends

Great fit and good quality

I ordered a lovely red jacket for our elderly dog. It came in a very acceptable time and was well wrapped. The jacket felt lovely and fitted our dog well. I’m very happy with it and it certainly helps keep the cold winds and rains away from her body.

Great quality dog coats brought 2 so one can be in used when the other is wet . Harness bit is really good and strong . Very happy with them .would recommend

Great coat, especially with the winter weather. Has kept my Shih Tzu warm & dry. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the dog jacket that i ordered and my dog looks very smart. Also keeps him nice and dry.
Love that I don’t need an extra harness and pleased that its already attached to the coat !!

I ordered a 3 in 1 jacket and have been very pleased with it. However, I think that when the weather starts getting colder again I shall have to buy the next size up!

Really good customer service, and a great product.
