Great experience with Domestic Air. Communication was good throughout and the installation itself was straightforward and very professionally done. The engineers were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly took pride in doing a neat job. Really impressed with the finished result and would definitely recommend them. Mike and Darren were top guys.

We had two AC units installed and the guys did a fabulous job - completely neat, tidy and spotless! You’d never have known they had been in our home other than for the boxes on the walls! Matt and Ed were extremely professional as was Jake who did an amazing job with the electrics. We were also very happy with their price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Really pleased with our air con install. Comms was great throughout, and the install team were professional, friendly and super tidy! Great job, would highly recommend (and might be back for more!!)

From start to finish the process was flawless. From contacting domestic air to the engineers turning up. I was advised they would be here between 9.30 and 10.30am 9.30 comes and Darren is at my door. So polite informative and chatty. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything before getting to work (Apologise Darren for not having any coffee in but I believe the tea went down just as well). Little bit after, Mike turned up again same as Darren polite and informative. 2 great engineers credit to the company they are. 100% recommend domestic air. 5/5 from me. Thank you team! :)

From concept to completion these guys are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Ryan gave us great prices and we are looking to book further works in with the team.

Conrad and Darren came in, followed site protocols to the latter and left the area they were working in spotless, like they had never been there, with the added benefit of two new aircon units.

Excellent from start to finish. From Sarah and Ryan fielding my many and often silly questions, the install process from talking to them to install was outstanding. I spoke with many installers, with most of them being overly vague on options or information and providing overpriced packages. DomesticAir, on the other hand were very straightforward, family run and decent - a really professional outfit. After detailed discussions and after a full survey, we opted for a fully ducted 'Airzone' Daikin System, which was also better value over Wall Units. The system is very sophisticated, discreet and fully wifi set up and is now our sole source for heating and cooling. They worked exceptionally hard in some of the hottest weather in years, and we're overwhelmingly pleased. Highly recommended.

Conrad installed air conditioning in my garden office today, and I’m extremely pleased with the result. The workmanship is second to none — everything was completed cleanly and tidily, with real care and attention given to every detail of the installation. The end result is simply perfect.

Before the installation began, Conrad took the time to go through everything with me thoroughly, making sure all requirements were understood. Once the installation was complete, he provided a full walkthrough, explaining how the system works and how to operate the unit.

We purchased a Panasonic air con unit from Domestic Air.
The price was competitive, delivery and fitting were carried out on the same day.
Mike carried out the installation, which was quick and he was very helpful in resolving a minor issue with the ducting colour (which was our fault).
Excellent job and we are very happy with the unit.

Would highly recommend Domesticair for air conditioning. I had a multi split system with 2 indoor units fitted yesterday in my house by mat and colleague (apologies i'm hopeless with names and have forgot your name) who together did a great job, they dealt with an issue as it arose and left everywhere clean and tidy.
My original install date was planned for mid Aug but had to be delayed due to lack of stock from Mitsubishi Electric. This was not the fault of Domesticair who communicated the stock issue to me professionally and gave me options including cancellation. I chose to wait. It was well worth the wait and I now have 2 internal and 1 external unit professionally fitted which are great for both cooling and heating. Thank you to Ryan and your team at Domestic air.

Mike the Engineer was Excellent and paid attention to the detail of the installation. I deducted a star because of delays and poor transmission of information some of which could have been avoided the end result was an Excellent installation.

We bought (at a competitive price) and had fitted a Panasonic Air Conditioning unit from Domestic Air. Mike came today to fit it and did a fantastic job. He was courteous, efficient and helpful and left everything clean and tidy.

Went above and beyond. They really care about doing a good job. Would use again without hesitation.

I cannot sing the praises of the two installers that came to our property today to fit/install our much awaited (& needed!) air con for the bedroom.

I would highly recommend Domestic Air Conditioning Ltd. This is the second air conditioning installation they have completed for us, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with the service.

This installation was for a third-floor bedroom, so it was a more involved job, but Matty and Matty handled everything brilliantly. They arranged the scaffolding themselves, including its removal afterwards, which made the whole process completely hassle-free for us.

They were punctual, professional, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly.

All in all, a very professional outfit and excellent service. The fact that we’ve used them for a second installation speaks for itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domestic Air Conditioning Ltd.

I can’t express how wonderful the team was!! From initial consultation, all the way to the fitting our aircon. They were so lovely to chat to and a pleasure to have in our home. They kept the house extremely tidy and clean while doing the work needed. The aircon unit is absolutely brilliant. We’ve had it a few months now and no problems whatsoever. We have a cool and happy home! Thank you for a great service and we’ve recommended you to everyone!
