Apart from a little delay waiting for parts the service I received was excellent. The two engineers who worked tirelessly were very impressive, efficient and knowledgeable yet friendly at the same time. The appliances are working beautifully and everything was left clean and tidy. I am very happy with the result and would happily recommend Domestic Air.

I chose Domestic Air as they're local and had good reviews. Sure enough, throughout the process, they were polite, professional and helpful. The install itself was straightforward, they cleaned up and basically I just needed to add the units to the app and away I went! I had 3 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit with the pipework neatly hidden away using trunking which they asked to ensure it colour matched my guttering (to make it look better).
Really pleased with the Daikin, quiet and seems efficient too but need to test through a hot summer first to do a full analysis.

Josh attended and is an excellent HVAC service engineer - professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the process and walked me through best practices and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.
