I’ve been a returning customer of DoNotAge, but my recent experience with both product quality and customer service has been really disappointing given it's the first time I've reported an issue.
​Upon opening a bottle of NMN, I was met with a strong, sharp vinegar smell, and noticed one of the capsules was noticeably discolored (pinkish-brown) compared to the rest. After research, I found that acetic acid off-gassing and discoloration are clear signs of ingredient degradation/moisture exposure, I contacted customer support with photos.
​The response from support was absurd for a company selling premium longevity products. I was told that discolored capsules "are not uncommon" and was actually advised to open the capsule myself to see if the powder inside was white before consuming it. The capsule shell is part of the product—if it’s degraded, the product barrier has failed.
​While they did offer a return label to presumably sniff the contents, making a regular customer jump through the hoops of packaging it up, finding a printer, and heading to the Post Office just to get a replacement for a clearly defective bottle is stingy customer recovery.
​For a company charging premium prices in the health space, you expect high quality control and a hassle-free resolution when things go wrong. Sadly, this experience fell way short. Will be taking my custom elsewhere

It took forever to get my order which is fine because they're on the other side of the planet. When my order did come, the pills are a brownish color and they smell like vinegar. I reached out to customer service three times and received no answer. Not cool.

It Is fraud! They send you stuff and bill your Credit Card without having a customer account or without being able to Access your customer account to manage the subscriptions!

I started taking the daily sachet supplement from DoNotAge.org on 3 Jun 2026. The supplement has an amazing "lifetime" cost of $203/month. The product is of extremely high quality and backed by scientific studies. The taste is sweet and smooth and works well for using as a beverage to take other supplements in pill form. I asked Customer Service how they did it and they said by removing the pill encapsulation process a lot of the supplement costs are eliminated.

I received a call from Abraham at DoNotAge.org customer service on 25 Jun 2026 and had a pleasant discussion. There is a 1-star review that incorrectly states they do not have a phone number. Their Customer Service number is included in the email order confirmation and is 970-514-8572.

I also ordered the sleep supplement and probiotic. Both supplements worked as designed.

I plan to continue to take all of these supplements for the rest of my life or until there is a more competitive and impressive product. The best part about this organization is that all "profits" go *back* into scientific research to further the Do Not Age mission. Alan Graves is a brilliant individual who is altruistically doing what he can for Humanity and I have the deepest respect for his efforts.

Allergic reaction and Poor Customer Service

I was a bit reluctant to write this review and waited a few days to reflect, but I feel it is only right to share my experience.

I ordered some supplements and received a free sachet of their green powder as a gift. I am not allergic to anything, but I do have a mild intolerance to certain chemicals and highly processed ingredients, which can sometimes cause slight swelling around my eyes. I am usually very careful about what I consume.

Unfortunately, after trying this green powder, I experienced the worst histamine reaction I have ever had in my life – it was actually my first ever proper reaction requiring antihistamine medication.

I contacted the company to inform them of what happened. It took a while to get a response, but eventually I received a call from one of their doctors. To my surprise, the conversation was incredibly rude and patronizing.

Instead of acknowledging the issue she was unable to tell me exactly what ingredients were in the sachet, despite promising to email them to me, Still waiting for her email. Instead of investigating the product, she tried to shift the blame and suggested that perhaps I wasn't taking my other supplements (like Omega 3 and Quercetin) correctly, which left my puzzled!

I tried to explain that I have had absolutely no issues with the main supplements, and the problem only occurred immediately after taking the green powder. However, she seemed determined to defend the product at all costs, showing a complete lack of empathy, knowledge, and professionalism.

Looking back and reading other reviews now, I see this seems to be a pattern. I would highly recommend people to be very careful, and personally I cannot recommend buying anything from this company, especially the green powder sachet which caused me such a severe reaction.

Be warned! They have no phone line and don’t reply to emails. They’re so called grass fed collagen cannot be verified and no guidance on how to mix the powder which clumps together.

I purchased a 366-day bulk supply of their Pure Vitamin D3, K2 & Magnesium (Order 4000032488). The shipping box arrived completely crushed and torn open on both ends.

However, the biggest issue is their deceptive inventory management. I was sent a 366-capsule bottle that expires in just 14 months (August 2027). This leaves a completely impractical two-month buffer to finish a year long supply.

When I raised this issue, the Operations Manager, Mark Coyne, explicitly admitted in his email that DoNotAge products typically have a shelf life of "approximately 2 to 2.5 years". By his own admission, they knowingly shipped me old stock that had been sitting in their warehouse for over a year, shifting their inventory rotation problems onto the customer.

There is zero transparency about this at checkout. When I pointed out the flaw in their logic and requested a replacement with a standard shelf life, management completely ignored my emails.

If you buy bulk sizes here, expect to receive expiring old stock with virtually zero usage flexibility. I have now opened an official dispute through Klarna to resolve this issue.

Great product quality

Good luck trying to cancel your subscription! Emailing requesting a cancellation will be met with several more questions, such as, provide a reason as to why you want to cancel. You give them a reason, which you don’t have to and then you will get yet another email and on and on. AVOID!

Been using for months for my NMN I asked for a sachet to try of the multivitamins and they refused and come back with this rude message

Unfortunately things cost money. If you want the best, you know where we are.

I’m disappointed with how my recent issue was handled by DoNotAge.
An item (Sirt6 Activator) was missing from my order, which I reported promptly. I was asked to provide a photo of the original packaging—however, this was no longer possible as the items had already been sent to my family abroad.
Despite clearly explaining the situation and offering alternative information, my request was refused based solely on internal policy.
Under UK consumer law, orders should be delivered complete, and I don’t believe it is reasonable to deny a resolution purely due to lack of photographic evidence—especially when the circumstances have been transparently explained.
As a returning customer, I expected a more balanced and customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reconsidering future purchases.

18 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, I have never felt like me again/since. In 2020 I had a below knee amputation so to say my health both mental and physical had deteriorated rapidly was been an understatement.
I started do not age supplements about 9 weeks ago with their starter pack adding berberine!
All I can say is I feel like I've lost 20 years and I can only put it down to the quality of these products I have restored energy I have brain clarity and my body is functioning like it did 20 years ago!
I cannot fault do not age as a company for their customer service and for the products of which reviews reflect which made me take the plunge in the first place
Thank you for making me actually want to live again!

A company I trust. I have been using their supplements for more than 3 years and they have had a very positive impact in quality of life.

Item was much smaller than I thought it would be

Great products and customer service. All products provided with clinical testing and analysis with certifications for purity, no fillers, no rubbish, no hassle.

I am mid 40s and have been using nmn, resveratol, tmg and creatine for 6 months and feel like I’m early 30s. Could not recommend more. Do not accept cheap imitations.

Great service. My husband has been banging on about this company for a while. Now I'm joining him!! I've been using NMN for over 6 months and I have noticed the change with my perimenopause symptoms... for the better. Sleep was a huge issue so I started drinking suresleep. That too has been so beneficial. Only issue, if I had to call it that, is I have to give it a good stir then leave it for about 5 minutes so it all dissolves properly otherwise it feels grainy, however, other than that, I "sure sleep" well. Thanks DNA 😎 🙏🏾

I bought the very expensive Nitralis. Unfortunately, one capsule was missing. Given the price, I think that's not normal, I find that unacceptable.
