I am slowly replacing all my supplements with their products and am 100% happy with their ethics, value for money and quality. Their Customer Service is excellent too and they are very responsive to any queries raised.

I did research before making my purchase of MNM. DoNotAge came up a winner with reviews, research and quality ingredients. Since receiving my order, I had a query which was responded to the same day with advice. Very impressed with the communication already. Unfortunately too soon to say if the supplements are working for me but will update in a few weeks

I received on 29 September 2025 (yesterday) the parcel with my order

the products you send me expire in less than one year. Although the supplements are to be used for one year.

More precisely:

Resveratrol 183 gr expires on June 2026

Fisetin 366 capsules expires on June 2026

NMN is ok expires on 03/27

I am not going to open the boxes waiting for you to correct this mistake.
I asked by e-mail several times and they don't answ to me.

I ordered one pack, then was tricked into ordering a second plus a pack of SIRT6 Activator. Tried to cancel only to be told the order had been shipped. The order then took over 3 weeks to arrive and is was wrong. No SIRT6 just 2 PureNMN, so I am £49.99 out of pocket. Customer service of this site and the site itself leave little to be desired. Strongly advise against ordering from them.

Although I love the purity and affectedness of the products I’ve purchased, your customer support is what keeps me coming back. Excellent service.

When you select the 183g NMN powder, the product page clearly says “Save up to 43% with subscription.”

Naturally, I expected that to apply to this product. But when switching to subscription, the saving is nowhere near that.

For example, 2×183g (366g) one-time purchase is €288 (€0.79/g), while the 1-year subscription (365g) is €269 (€0.74/g) — only about 6.6% cheaper, not 43%.

The way it’s presented when selecting the 183g product is very misleading, since the advertised saving simply isn’t possible for that product. Support confirmed the 43% only applies to some items, but the website doesn’t make this clear. Very non-transparent.

After pointing this out, I was only offered a 10% general discount code. For new purchases. How about establishing trust first, before new purchases?
