I have been using Do Not Age products for over two years...I am so impressed with the products! I skipped a couple of months when my subscriptions ended...I was busy and forgot to reorder. It didn't take long for my arthritis to start acting up and I was feeling sluggish and mentally not quite as sharp. I recently received the products I have come to depend on and, thankfully, I am feeling better already.
I have communicated with the customer service team several times and they have responded quickly, professionally and very friendly! My kind of team!

Always great customer service! Quality service and products

My first order with your company was fantastic—everything arrived in perfect condition, and I was genuinely impressed. However, my recent experience initially left me concerned. The NMN tablets in my latest order appeared discoloured, which raised some alarm.

I reached out to your customer support team via email twice but didn’t receive a response right away. This delay led me to assume that the level of customer service might not match the efficiency of your order processing, and I began to feel disappointed.

However, once I did receive a reply, my perception completely changed. Paige, the Customer Service Manager, personally took ownership of my issue. She addressed my concerns with genuine care, walked me through the resolution process step by step, and kept me informed throughout. Her professionalism and dedication turned what started as a frustrating experience into a truly positive one.

I now realise that I may have jumped to conclusions too quickly. A key takeaway for me is to allow a bit more time for the support team to respond before forming an opinion or posting a review. They clearly take customer concerns seriously and work diligently to resolve them.

Any time I have a question (and I have many) get a response within 24hrs, most of the time less! When using supplements, looking for that 3rd party testing and purity…this company checks all the boxes with their products.

Good service. Fast shipping. On one occasion, one of the products arrived slightly damaged, and after contacting them, they sent me the damaged product again.

The parcel's delivery company was given misleading information about its status, and support provided assistance.

I have been using supplements for many years. I can definitely say that "do not age" is one of the best manufacturers and suppliers I have used. And for sure, the best service and attitude.

I have purchased from DNA for several years. I think their products are excellent and their customer support has always been awesome.

Before deciding to buy NMN from Do Not Age, I did a ton of research and read all the scientific papers I could get my hands on - not just their own research. Convinced by the evidence base, I put in my first order with an open mind.
Within 4 days I started noticing changes, like being able to walk up to bed without grunting in pain, and stepping out of bed in the morning with a spring in my step. Over the next four months, my life altered out of all recognition. I went from having chronic pain and energy deficits to being able to hold my own at festivals (dancing to whole sets rather than just one or two songs) even into the wee small hours! My mental health has improved massively, my physical stamina is massively better, my coordination is noticeably improved, I'm sleeping better, my libido has increased, I heal quicker from cuts and bumps, and I have hard physical evidence from my daily step count which has doubled since February, and blood tests that show my full blood count has normalised after over a year of boarderline results, and specifically a chronically low iron count has increased by 72%! All of this has given me back my former life and I feel 10 years younger.

I’ve used them for a few years now, and I’ve always been more than impressed. Their products are extremely clean & third part tested.
You can absolutely tell the difference (in yourself) when you’re using them.
They’re so pure, but strong.
Customer care is wonderful, and really go above & beyond to answer any questions you may ask.
There’re so many similar products about now, but, (very worrying) a huge amount has been found to not have the amount in (as suggested), and/or was found to be mixed with other ingredients.
You truly get what you pay for with DNA, and I certainly NEED a company that I trust (in their products), and them (as a company).
They’re continuously doing research & studies, and always looking for ways to improve.
I admire that, and I think my loyalty of use, proves that.

I've reached out twice. Customer service is super slow, and I have yet received a resolution.

Reached out to them for the past 3 days regarding my order that says delivered- just not to my house. Unable to get a response. Emailed them 3 times- nothing.

Complete trust in DoNotAge and their products. The science behind all the products are published and as I age im trying to delay losing fitness for as long as I can. These products supplement my cycling and in particular NMN,Resveratol and TMG which I've been taking for approx 3 years. I also use the Vit D,K2 and Magnesium product from October through to May to increase my immunity from colds and flu which has been very successful.

I ordered from this company for several times; everything was good until it wasn’t . For my last order, that i received on the 24/07/25; i paid £151 for a month supply of creatine and 6 months supply of CoQ10. Instead of 366 capsules of CoQ10 i only received 60. I contacted them via email( there is no other way) and Paige called me on Friday, stating @ is a human mistake, send a photo with what you received and we will sort this”. I believed her; i did as asked and here i am, 6 days later with no response, no acknowledge nothing. I contacted my bank and i will follow the process. I will raise a formal complaint. Sad, I was gullible enough to believe they are real; now I doubt everything about this company. Update: on Friday, 01/08/25, Paige contacted me and apologised and told me that i will receive my correct order the next day, which i received together with a complimentary bottle of omega 3. I am thankful for that; did it make my bad experience disappear? My trust? I will give a 3 stars for sorting this in the end.

Unfortunately, the product was in hot condition when I touched the bottle. I’m not sure if it save to take it or not.
I should have received on July 27. I got it on July 30.
Also, they charged me extra money for import duties which is not written in the receipt. Although I paid the amount of shipping and handling. They should have stated that they may be extra money for import duties.
