I have used your product for 3 yrs and everytime i order its always a hassel. - You always talk about health points but I have never been given any discount for being a good customer?

I have been taking Pure NR since January 2024. It is the only product that has helped with my brain fog. I went from not being able to do basic multiplication, to almost my old self. It has been a total game changer for me. Friends noticed after two weeks. My mind didn’t wander when talking to them, I could follow my train of thought and find the correct words. When I stopped taking them on two occasions to be certain the changes were down to NR, my symptoms returned within two weeks.

Amazingly they have an easy to use website, which I appreciate. Ordering becomes easy, and their offers are excellent. Pricing is very competitive. In my experience orders take 3 to 4 days to arrive. I use a range of products, but a shout out for Ca-AKG which has had a noticeable effect on my energy levels. I have been very impressed.

The service and transparency of the products are just a few things to brag about. I like the rewards program so much. Service: Top notch. The guy I’ve interacted with - Charlie is customer service personified. Makes me feel like I’m buying a 5 star product, handled with kid gloves and treated like a star.

Product: I honestly don’t know if I can attribute all the positive things I’m feeling to it, I’m taking quite a few of their stuff and feel more energy and my skin is glowing. But I’ve also lost weight and investing in better skin care - so it may be attributed to that. I cannot say. I do know that when I compare their products to others, reviews are better and feedback is better.

I do wish they continually reached out and gave advise on how to combine their product, I also wish the packaging contained more guide and instructions.

But overall - seems like a top class company.

Charlie was very helpful, competent and efficient

I was upset and confused on the products that I ordered in quantity. I usually count on by how many canister per categories. They go by the number of grams per canister. They don't use the word canister only gram. I realized that they are doing it differently. It was about a week for going back and forth via email communication and finally I asked for the company rep to call me. It was solved and I am happy, because I understand how they operate it. This guy, Charlie provided me a great attentive and customer service!

Knowing that the staff has the experience/expertise to explain what every product does and is intended to do makes me feel confident and that’s why I feel good about taking NMN,TMG,APIGENIN,vitamin D&K2 among other supplements

I have just been taking a few of the supplements since May. I am a 59 year old female. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, degenerative disk and the list goes on. I have been a personal trainer for 30 years and still lift weights daily trying to keep going! A physician friend told me he has been taking NMN from this company and it was a game changer for him so I have added it to my large list of supplements. I am feeling better and will be researching others from this company to see if I should add them. They are very good about answering any questions I email them about. I appreciate this especially because I try to do a LOT of research about any supplement I take.
