Absolutely horrendous experience!! My mother sold some of her jewellery as she no longer wore it but wanted a fair price. We received a ridiculously low offer which was insulting so asked for our items to be returned. She was then hounded with phone calls from them before sending it back. I read the negative reviews and a lot of peoples items were returned broken I thought surely not it’s a company. I received the package this morning with items snapped and crushed and all tangled. It was put in bubble wrap to send back so it’s clear this has been done by the company. We will be reporting you to the police for criminal damage. We only used you as it seemed easy, save yourself the hassle and go to a proper jewellery place and get more money without your items being stolen or damaged. Luckily I don’t think any items are missing but I can’t believe how vindictive a company would be to damage items before sending back just because we declined the price

I had a watch that belonged to my late husband so I decided to send it off for sale , I posted Saturday and received an offer on Monday afternoon, £105 which was in my bank the next day no hustle no fuss just excellent

My laptop was returned, broken and they don't want to admit it.

Amazing fast service. It didn’t take long for the packaging to be posted out to me. I packaged my jewellery up and posted it over, and the very next day I had a valuation (which I was happy with) followed by the money within the hour!

Even when I did sit on my items to sell, Don't Sit on it didn't rush me to send them something. When I did, they were quick to let me know my parcel has arrived & made me an offer which was more than acceptable.

AWFUL experience with this company! I sent them 3 watch’s and a gold chain, they offered me around £8 for it all as they claimed it wasn’t gold and the watch’s needed batteries, I replaced the batteries and sold the watches and the GOLD chain for £900!!! They are a SCAM don’t take there word for it
