One week after the status was changed to dispatched, I have not received this parcel. Having paid £4.75 for p&p I expected it much sooner.
I had been hoping to see the item and then order another one if it was suitable. Not going to happen now.

Hi June,
Your parcel has been signed for and is showing as delivered 2 working days after you placed your order. If you have not received your parcel, please contact us and we can help you locate the parcel. £4.75 is our shipping for orders under £50.00, this is a standard delivery charge for most companies as we have to cover the cost of your postage.
If you have any questions, please call us on 01202 425070, or email us at sales@dorsetnursing.co.uk
Kind regards,
DNS

Rebecca showed excellent customer service.
My initial review was perhaps a little too over critical.
I was disappointed initially but after the way she expedited the delivery in the end I was extremely impressed.
I have recommended the company to a peer who I am sure will place a similar order.

The process of actually receiving the order irrespective of the fact I had to have a product which wasn’t the one I ordered was very poor.
Rebecca was very apologetic throughout the issue so I would hope this is just a one off.
