As an independent bill pay service, doxo processes payments initiated by users, and enrollment in services like a doxoPLUS subscription requires your explicit consent. Your subscription waived the transaction fees associated with multiple payments and also provided you access to valuable financial protection benefits. These included up to $1M in identity theft protection, coverage for late and overdraft fees, and Credit Score protection - features designed to give you added peace of mind and security while managing your bills. You will no longer be charged for this service, and you will continue to have access to the benefits until April 28th, 2026.

doxo also sends monthly renewal confirmations along with regular information on how to use the doxoPLUS service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. doxo is an independent bill pay service and states its 3rd party status in multiple places during the payment process. Some payment methods do include a service fee and that fee is always shown clearly during the checkout process before a payment is submitted so customers can decide whether to continue or cancel.

In order to make a payment through doxo, an account must be created. Payments made using a linked bank account are always fee-FREE, while other payment methods — such as credit or debit cards — may include a service fee.

We appreciate you bringing your concern to us. To clarify, doxo is an independent bill-pay service and is not affiliated with GoodToGo or the State of Washington DOT. This is clearly stated throughout the payment process. doxo remits the payment to the biller of choice and the biller then posts the payment into their system. Depending on the biller, there is sometimes a slight delay with posting the payment to the account. We understand how this delay can feel especially concerning when you’re trying to resolve a time-sensitive toll payment.
