The visit to address our blocked drain…
The visit to address our blocked drain emanating from our upstairs toilet was made within 24hours of submitting request.
The engineer was extremely courteous keeping me well informed of the progress towards a resolution of the problem.Movie photographic examination from beneath the manhole cover was interesting and useful in locating the problem.
The problem was successfully resolved in the one visit.

I would call them again!
The service men, were on time, very professional, very courteous. They found solutions to perform the needed work. They took time to answer my questions. They cleaned up the area after their work.

Drain Division damaged our grass when…
Drain Division damaged our grass when they were working on next door's drains by (accidently) pouring hot resin on it. They didn't knock and acknowledge the issue, so I had to contact them. They offered me £25 as a goodwill gesture, but were very laid back about the damage - apparently it 'will grow back' so that's alright then. The attitude of the person on email was defensive and really plain rude. I was told that emailing at noon and then following up at the end of the next day for an acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint was expecting a response 'instantly'. They paid the £25, but it wasn't about a financial contribution, I was looking for a bit of understanding and reassurance that their operative would know that facing up to the problem was the decent course of action.

I am somewhat surprised by your 'review'. Our engineers were working at your neighbour's house and while loading up the van had placed the bucket which had contained hot resin on your grass (which butted up to your neighbour's drive). It was not apparent immediately that the heat of the bucket had marked the grass, this became apparent later. As soon as you contacted us with a photo, we immediately apologised for the mistake on our engineer's behalf and offered a £25 goodwill gesture along with the apology. If the scorch mark had appeared instantly, obviously the engineer would have knocked on your door and told you of his error with an apology but as explained the mark appears later. He can't apologise for something he is unaware of. I have read the email to you and there is an apology along with a goodwill offer of £25 for any inconvenience. I am happy to copy and paste a copy of the email here so that anyone reading this review can see we have apologised. I also have a sound file of your phone call where again the operative apologised to you.
You say you weren't looking for a financial contribution, however you accepted the payment and in the same email gave your bank details.
The 'complaint' was resolved within a day after receiving the photos and then obtaining a statement from the engineer.
You claim you were looking for understanding and reassurance and you received two apologies (one on email and one on a phone call) and an instant payment of £25 as another apology.
If this wasn't for a financial gain maybe it would be nice to donate that money to a charity of your choice.

A complex job to replace a soakaway in a confined space was carried out with care and attention. A thoroughly professional job which was completed within the allotted timescale. The garden was meticulously restored.

Speedy, polite and a professional job
We had to have a rainwater gully replaced as it was leaking into the cellar. Their first visit was to survey the drain and diagnose the problem. The second visit was to dig out the old gully, line the pipework to fully seal the joint. Great service and good quality work from two professionals. The area was refinished with concrete and all left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company

Prompt, helpful and efficient from initial admin contact to the technicians who attended the property. Problem dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Explained problem and remedy clearly, answered queries patiently and with good humour. Admin and technicians obviously communicated well making it easy for me during a stressful time.

Drainage experts
The problem with the drain was quickly diagnosed. The company were able to return the next day and put in a new pipe and drain which is now working well.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
I would certainly use this firm again.

Don't ask about their professional insurance! Who knows why not
Asked if I could see their liability insurance before booking, something I've been advised by a builder to check is in place. Got a weirdly angry response and phone put down on me 3 times - I called back thinking it was a receptionist who didn't understand that its a reasonable bit of customer due diligence not an accusation - got told it was the business owner, and hung up on again. Very strange, and unnecessarily unpleasant!

We can't find any record of a call let alone 3 calls from you (all are recorded). We are always more than happy to provide to Public Liability insurance or any other requests, in fact we ALWAYS provide the PL insurance along with RAMS for commercial work so more than happy to provide the same for any client. I believe you have either got the wrong company or your claims are wrong. Please provide the number you have called from and we can search your calls again. I note that you haven't included any contact details.
Interestingly this reviewer has failed to provide any further information, despite being asked by Trustpilot. We have to consider it is not a genuine review. We are unable to investigate further without any information.
