Draker Lettings Reviews

Dreadful unprofessional agent stay well clear where do we start …..kids running the show

I’m quite surprised and disappointed by the way this company works.
Retaining customers’ deposit payments in this manner feels unfair and unprofessional. In particular, Ben’s conduct throughout this process has been especially concerning.

He completely lied to us just to get the deal signed, said the landlord didn’t live in the property and only came by every few months. In reality, the landlord lives there full-time, constantly showing up and harassing us.

When we tried to leave because of this, Ben still allowed the landlord to keep our deposit, even though we didn’t spend a single night there. Totally dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I had the most fantastic experience with Draker (Notting Hill). Rob is an absolute super star! He helped at a time when I was feeling really daunted about moving into a new place - he supported me every step of the way and made the entire process so easy. I was amazed with Rob’s efficiency - we managed to get everything sorted in one afternoon. He has the most fantastic, upbeat manner and I am incredibly grateful to him for finding me me my perfect place! Thank you Rob!

AVOID AT ALL COST. We had the WORST experience with Draker.
We signed a property and paid deposit and 6 months upfront and a week before move in they informed us that the landlord wanted to do further constructions and we couldn't move in. We had to chase everyday for an update - the agency and the landlord were not responsive. We then ended up homeless and they provided no support. The agency knew about the landlord having caused issues with past tenants and decided to hide this from us. They led us on for weeks until we finally dropped out and refused to pay the interests on the huge amount of money they held from us.

Great service!
Immediate reply to any queries.
Friendly and kind

I had wonderful experience with Draker Lettings.
Special shout out to Mo Kanso who was very understanding about my situation. He immediately got in touch with me and started the seamless process of securing the transaction. He was reliable, proactive, and was in constant communication with me. Got the deal signed within 3-days.

I had the pleasure of working with Rob Nerantzoulis while searching for a property to lease in Notting Hill, specifically in a new development on Woodfield Road. From start to finish, Rob provided outstanding customer service. He was highly attentive to all my requirements and addressed any questions or issues I had with professionalism and care.

What truly stood out was the quality of the video walkthroughs Rob provided—these were incredibly detailed and gave me a real sense of the space, helping me feel confident in my decision from abroad. He was consistently responsive and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I genuinely appreciated his dedication and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.

Short let accommodation and had no real help from the letting agent with problems .
They do not care and have literally taken the money and ran as fast as they can.

Are not engaging to sort out the problem .
this is most upsetting.

Have asked for a complaints form but no joy.

Great service - Mo was very thorough and was always at the end of the phone to answer our questions. All the paperwork was complete, he went the extra mile to help us, and it was a really pleasant company to deal with.

Coming from the USA, we had a great experience with Draker Lettings (Notting Hill). Mo Kanso was as helpful as he could be. He found us the perfect place and attended to all the little details while we were overseas. Mo was personable, always available and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everything with Draker was very professional. Highest recommendation!

I had a fantastic experience working with Nina. She was incredibly professional, kind, and always quick to respond. She genuinely put in the effort to find the right place for me, and I really appreciated her support throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a place.

I had a wonderful experience with Draker! The lovely Nina was extremely helpful, understanding and took all of my preferences into consideration when looking for the perfect home. I felt I could trust Draker through Nina’s determination to find my dream flat and Mo was so incredibly helpful as well! Would 100% recommend :)

We were incredibly pleased with the thorough attention we recieved during our recent flat search with Draker Lettings. Jack from the Sloane Square Office was knowledgable, helpful, and eager to help us find what we were looking for. We would definitely work with him again in the future and highly recommend him to others looking for an estate agent in this area.

Out of all real estate agents we have experienced as tenants, i have to say that George has been excpetional. Always on standby for whatever we need and most important a great guy.Excited to work with him as our agent in the future.

Once the contract is signed, the company completely stops caring about the management of the property. We committed to a £>5,500-per-month lease in Chelsea, expecting to enjoy a premium treatment.
However, within days, the situation turned into a nightmare. Drakers was fully aware of the flat’s pre-existing issues but chose not to disclose them. The property began to show numerous problems, including a severe leak, which made it increasingly uninhabitable. Despite repeated complaints, Drakers demonstrated no willingness to resolve any of these issues. Week after week, we received the same empty promises: "We’ll address this immediately." Yet, their representatives would vanish without resolving anything. It has been 10 months and the flat is still uninhabitable. The lack of accountability was shocking. I would not recommend them if you are looking to rent an expensive flat.

George was very helpful in helping me find an apartment. He was professional, attentive and proactive, and his responsiveness made the whole process run very smoothly. I would recommend George to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable and friendly agent.

Excellent professional service. Mo was spot on with his advice, recommendations and valuation. He was a pleasure to deal with and I couldn’t rate him and my experience of Draker Notting Hill more highly. Thank you

My husband and I give a shout out to William Ridge. We were looking for a short term let and contacted several companies but he was the only one who pursued our business. Will answered all of our questions promptly and was a pleasure to work with.

It’s been a long time since I had my experience working with this company. I wanted to leave a personal message to one agent called Menorah Ndongala ( I don’t know if I wrote it correctly)

Only one person who cared and understood my situation even without words. I was very surprised and grateful!
You r a big professional who knows how to make a deal)
Big thanks and the best wishes from Lily
