Draker Lettings Reviews

Liana, Mo, and the entire Draker Lettings team are excellent professionals. They are clearly working diligently for both landlord and renter. I highly recommend their company for lettings services.

Thank you to George Mikhailenko for the amazing service provided throughout my flat search. Your advices and the ability to understand my needs were formidable.

Great experience - our agent Elena was quick, efficient, and very hlpful. Managed to find a property and get everything closed within a week.

Very professional from day one - quick to understand my needs; property/location wise and had a great portfolio of properties to look at.

Will in particular was very helpful and ensured the tenancy process/viewings were efficient.

Fantastic service by Jack Welstead at Draker. Finding the 'right' flat is hard, but Jack made the process very smooth. He was diligent and attentive when it came to preferences, and arranged lots of choice. I found him very pleasant to deal with, and not pushy at all. I highly recommend Jack Welstead when you are hunting for your next property!

We have had an enjoyable, efficient, and consistent experience with Draker Lettings and specifically Ben Spanton. We thoroughly recommend them for any letting requirements and are excited to enjoy our short term property in June / July. Thank you Ben and Drakers!

Amazing experience. Clear, informed, helpful, efficient - went the extra mile at every opportunity. William and Mo have been absolutely outstanding and helped us find a new tenant in record time.

Dealer lettings Sloane Square just let my flat with speed and efficiency and everything done correctly. In particular Jack and Shayan going above and beyond the call of duty in preparing for the new tenant
Many Thanks

Both agents that we interacted with, Liana and Mo, have been extremely helpful, friendly and always very quick to reply to all of our questions. Great agency and great experience so far! Thank you so much for helping us find our new home!

Elena is absolutely wonderful. It is always a pleasure to work with her. Professional to the highest standard and a lovely person to speak with. An agent that goes above and beyond and someone we would always recommend!!!

Mo Kanso and Liana have been utterly amazing at finding me a wonderful tenant super quickly and taking all the hassle and stress away from me and dealing with the whole process so efficiently and professionally that I have never known such a smooth transaction.

Not quite moved in yet but everything is signed and super happy to have found the place that I have. Will Ridge was fantastic throughout!

I normally dread moving house but a combination of finding the perfect place, only doing 1 viewing and gliding through the application process meant this time wasn't too bad!

Draker should definitely be one of the best lettings agencies in Great London.

George was extremely helpful and made my search seamless - just what you need when you’re relocating cities. George was very knowledgeable of the market, location and property - he was proactive in asking me the right questions to really understand what property I was searching for. This was key! I would highly recommend! Thank you

This was our first time working with Draker Lettings and specifically with George Mikhailenko and Jack Stone. They have been very effective - very precise and above all very honest in all their dealings with us. Their systems are also very efficient providing all supporting paperwork and documents quickly and reliably.

Very happy with the service. George Mikhailenko is very professional and responds promptly! From the moment I contacted George, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. He is also available on the weekend to take calls and answer questions. The accommodation also works very well for me. Overall the service is very good, from the person to person interaction to the website when dealing with documents. Highly recommend!

Shayan was extremely efficient and worked above and beyond to facilitate a very quick move for me. His communication was excellent and he was very pleasant to deal with. Due to the quick time frame there were some small teething issues on move in, but he handled these promptly and professionally. A great asset to the company.

Elena is great! She replied quickly and with great patience, which is the main reason of 5 stars. We are so happy to talk with Elena and she offered us many precious advice and several good options. Each viewing arranged by Elena from Draker Fulham was enjoyable and well organized. Most of the flats we viewed are very beautiful. Such a good experience with Draker and Elena

Liam, Ben and the team are fantastic professionals who have not only given me years of a fully tenanted property but with no hassle or worry on my side. As a landlord I can relax in the knowledge that my property is cared for and quality vetted tenants arrive and leave happy. I have worked in the property industry for 20 years and these guys are the best.
