I am writing this review to highly recommend Mo Kanso as an exceptional lettings agent at Draker.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mo during my recent search for a rental property and have been thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and the level of service provided throughout the entire process.

Mo was always responsive, promptly answering all my queries. He guided me through the application process with professionalism and efficiency. He promptly followed up on all required paperwork, liaised with the landlord and effectively facilitated the arrangement of a tenancy agreement, ensuring a smooth transition into my new rental home.

Throughout the entire experience, Mo maintained a friendly and personable approach, making me feel valued as a client. His communication skills were exemplary, consistently keeping me informed and reassuring me throughout the various stages of the rental process.

In summary, I wholehearted recommend Mo Kanso to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated lettings agent. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service make him an invaluable asset in the rental market. It was a pleasure to work with Mo and I am confident that anyone who chooses to work with him will be equally impressed with the level of service they receive.

Draker have been a pleasure to deal with and have proved to be a great agency time after time. I have done both short term and long term lets with them and every time the tenants have been great, paid on time and have looked after my property.

For my current tenancy I have been working with Mo Kanso. Mo has been excellent throughout the whole process - always replies quickly, goes above and beyond (Be it getting additional keys cut, checking in on the tenant or arranging an Uber for post collection) and found me an excellent tenant extremely quickly.

Further to this, my current tenant regularly comes to London for work and 'Only goes to Mo!' whenever he is looking for a property to rent. This doesn't surprise me at all because if I was in his position I would do exactly the same.

Ben has been so informative and has made the whole process of securing a property so much easier for myself!

Ben is so great to deal with and keeps in contact with you regularly.

I would recommend Drakers to anyone after having such a great experience with Ben.

I highly endorse Draker for their exceptional service, especially Thomas Last, who made my rental process seamless. He went above and beyond to assist with all of my requests. It was an extremely positive experience!

I came to London to look for a flat for short term let. Almost impossible, as I found out after having contacted countless agencies. Almost desperate the Draker office at Sloane Square draw my attention early evening and Mo Kanso was the agent who assured, that he would help and find something for me.
Half a day later I viewed the apartment and signed the contract. He was very committed and in touch with the landlord for any requests. Great job, well done! I can only recommend Mo Kanso and should I ever need a place in London again I will sure contact him.

Mo has made the difficult process of renting a property a walk in the park! Grateful for his support throughout.

Thanks Mo Kanso!
In June 2023 I was in London for 1 week trying to find a flat. This was complicated by the fact that I was moving from the US to London in October 2023, so there was virtually nothing available. Mo came to the rescue by promptly responding to my inquiry about a particular flat, and helping me to secure the rental. Mo is very professional and very friendly
