Dr dabber ghost device sucks
The doctor dabber goes to device sucks battery life sucks constantly have to have it on the charger can't leave the charger never buy another doctor dapper device again! And I don't want your 10% off next purchase because I'll never buy another doctor dabber device again!

As much as I wanted to love this…
As much as I wanted to love this product. I cannot endorse it for a person who dabs a lot. I dab alot and this unit doesn't hold a good battery life. I have to charge 2-3x a day. This is my 2nd unit that i am having issues with. Dr. Dabber customers service is amazing and prompt!!!

Ive used a torch and banger, or e-nail setup for over 10 years and have always never really been into e-rigs, but hitting the switch 2 at an event changed my mind instantly. This thing hits just as well as my torch and bannger setup. Fantastic Customer service from Dr Dabber as well, i had a defective unit at first and got into contact with support, and they had a new unit sent out to me no questions asked.

Birthday gift
I bought this item for my partner as a birthday gift. The product itself is amazing. Not only has it taken over as his daily use rig, but he always talks about how much harder it hits and how much cleaner the process feels compared to a competitor. He does think that the hits are a little short though. He is obsessed with the hot knife and loves the auto shut off feature. He was always breaking his atomizers and it feels like that’s almost impossible with the switch go. As for service, I actually placed two orders but realized on the first one that I ordered two weighted bases. I contacted customer service and they helped me within the hour and I got everything sorted out that day which I really appreciated. Once I placed my second and final order I received the product in less than a week. Overall really great experience with Dr. Dabber and I will be purchasing from the company again in the future.
