Good. Probably better than most. Still. As with most items, all have issues we don’t like. I should have gone with the Switch instead of XS. I like my XS, just not the echamber replacement. I have already been through 4 of them.
I’m new to the concentrate world and I’ve had some newbie mistakes. Couple of damaged e chambers are on me. I’ve had the device 5 months? Maybe 4?
If you choose Dr. Dabber, go with the Switch or the Switch Go. Still inserts to drop and break, but I guess it is the modern business model. At least Dr. D makes good quality main devices. I’m just not a fan of the constant, damage and replacement of the “accessories”. Convenient. No torch. Portable. Pluses outweigh my personal preference dissatisfaction. I will eventually invest in the Switch. Just not in my budget at this time.

Dr dabber has always taken care of me. I’ve had multiple chargers stop working, and they sent me replacements right away. My first dr dabber switch stopped working, and they replaced that too free of charge!!! The battery was faulty on the new unit, but they also replaced that! Best customer service out there

I love my switch 2 soooooo much! I literally have NOTHING bad to say about it. I love it! I’m just mad I didn’t pull the trigger and buy one sooner and before I bought my puffco lol. Shipping was quick. And the product is just the BEST! And it’s easy to clean! #1 in my books

Worth every penny used it every day, 2450 dabs later, I did change the cup to titanium, I broke the glass cleaning it, not any fault of the manufacturer process I am heavy handed.

Phenomenal customer service on top of phenomenal quality products. I love my Dr. Dabber Switch2 and my Dr. Dabber Ghost2 when I’m out and about checking out what’s out there to dab at the dispos. The mail was extremely fast when I did a return because of a faulty issue. But the Customer Service team had a new switch out to me literally that same week. So I am very impressed with this company, products and quality and customer service. You have a customer out of me for life. Thank you team. And a huge thank you to Chase that helped me throughout the process. If I could give more stars, I would.

Love my ghost 2 so much. So easy to clean and has 4 different settings. I suggest this to all my customers.

Had some issues with shipping but customer service was very helpful, and the Switch2 works even better than I imagined.

You don't support the original switch with replacement parts. It's very frustrating.

First time purchasing from DD in about a decade, and it's night and day from their old devices. The Ghost 2 is an awesome portable dabbing device, just make sure to calibrate it before use. I'm a few months in with zero issues, and the chamber is still in great condition.

Good quality products. After 6 months of pretty good use, the unit is still working fine.
