The best Customer Service, and Product
I’m a glass blower of 7 plus years and I was stuck in my old ways. I got a Switch 2 that my father and I put through the wringer almost 1k dabs in couple months. The ease of use, clean up, amazing hits this rig puts out is incredible. After a bit the battery started to have issues, when I Emailed they replied within the hour, and I have to say the customer service is what is making me go out of this way to write this. They helped me fix and replace everything I needed. I couldn’t recommend a better product or company right now.

Trust Pilot Came In CLUTCH
Seel was not helpful, BUT, the Dr. Dabber rep was way more informative and helpful. After confirming the USPS delivery was stolen, they thankfully sent another to make up for the missing piece. Correcting my rating to 10/10. As I can now dab my frustrations away cleanly.

Best device and customer service hands down
First unit I purchased was defective, they immediately put a replacement device in the mail and sent me a return label for the old one. Some of the best customer service I've encountered and the device surpassed expectations.
