Poor Quality-High Expectations
The device had multiple failures. Even though Dr.Dabber helped replace the unit and components it was a tedious process. I wanted to buy the new switch but given the lagging process they have in place for returns makes it highly doubtful I will purchase a device from Dr. Dabber again. I will say that the customer service reps were amazing and extremely helpful! Some of the most helpful reps I have dealt with! I had high expectations from all the other reviews and maybe this was a rare set circumstances that lead to faulty components.

Quality of products has gone downhill…
Quality of products has gone downhill with housings cracking on many products which shouldn’t be happening. Prices steadily increase but quality is diminishing. Then you still need to get better after market accessories for the over priced devices further increasing costs.

Great product, very reliable, easy to clean, easy to use, and there are so many options for whatever you need or want out of your session. the company seems to be very customer focused (to someone like me who hasn't really dealt with any of the employees) and are very up frontabout making improvements that consumers want to see.

I’m very pleased with the xs I should have just purchased the Switch 2. I like how potable the xs is. However the battery isn’t meant for all day use. It does charge pretty fast. I’m hearing all good reviews on the switch 2.

Ghost is Rad!
I believe Dr. Dabber be right up there with the big three. Good customer support and precision device. Top -notch value the Ghost 2 , precision controls are fun, simplicity is they key. These lads get that. Price point is amazing.

First one was a paper weight
Was really excited to get my Switch 2. Stopped working first day due to app making it brick. Then I had to wait over a week for another one.
I know it’s not the end of the world, just disappointing after being a long time customer.
