Very happy my overall experience with Drem Decking. Good quality composite decking at a very competitive price!!!

Easy to use web site. I under ordered and after quick phone call was able to add to order - professional call handler.

Slight delay in delivery time but customer service was good and I was updated as to manufacturing delay time- couple of weeks extra.

Good price- nice product.

Good delivery service with lots of notice and updates.

All in all this seems a good company that is customer focussed and endeavours to deliver good service and quality product.

I would recommend and use again as they have never let me down and despite a couple of hiccups beyond their control have delivered excellent product & service.

I am very disappointed with the composite decking boards I purchased. After just a few days of use, the surface of the boards is already worn and shows clear signs of damage. Despite being advertised as durable and resistant to wear, the actual performance has been quite different. This not only impacts the appearance of my deck but also raises concerns about their longevity and suitability for everyday use. Given that I paid £1,700 for these boards, their current condition is unacceptable. Additionally, my attempts to address these issues with customer service have been frustrating and unhelpful. I do not recommend these boards and suggest considering other, more reliable options on the market.

Extortionate Deliver/Returns Costs - Wanted to order some further parts after original order which cost £59.95 and would have cost a further £59.95 to get delivered. Also have some parts we dont need which I want to return and told this can only be done via THEIR courier which would cost £59.95 so I would owe them money to return my parts that cost £41. This is not acceptable

Disgraceful service. Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Told delivery would be on certain day. Stayed in all day nothing. Then told they had lost the items. Then told no it's OK found them. New delivery date. Guess what no delivery. No call, no message, nothing. You can't call these people, you have to use chat..This has happened 3 times. Then to top it all we received another message saying the item would be delivered on 10/7. Then just now received a call saying.g items were lost, but we can reorder but it will be another 4 weeks. So all the rubbish we've been told and messing about has cost us time and inconvenience.No compensation nothing. Cancelled order and now we are left without item. CAN'T BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW BAD THEY ARE.

The ease and variety of product was a nice surprise, ordering was simple and easy to follow. Delivery was earlier than expect, bonus! Communication was great and I was kept up to date with my order. Thank you.

Ordered our decking a few months ago and at first we were a little nervous at the delivery times given. But we were told before purchase that it would take about 10 weeks so we knew how long. Firstly the delivery came a few days early. We got a text with date and time, and it was absolutely bang on. And we are over the moon with the decking. Materials good quality, stylish, double sided with two slightly different styles, no damage from transport. The delivery guy was great too. 100% will buy more. Top quality for sure.

Fantastic product ans service

I’ve spent over £2,000 ordering decking from this company over a month ago, with a promised delivery date in just 5 working days. I’ve just received a very casual call to say the decking won’t arrive that day, and worse than that, they won’t even give me a date when it will arrive. They still have my £2,000 and I do t even have a date when they might supply the product. I’ve booked a team to fit the decking and now I’m left with that bill. To say that the lady calling me couldn’t care less would be an understatement. I’m now left with the logistical and financial effects of trying to use this company - beware!!

I brought some decking from this company dream decking a couple of months ago and there was a couple of problems in delivery but after speaking to a lady called Jane at customer service she was very good at sorting it out. So thank you

We requested some free samples of composite decking which arrived within 2 days and this gave us a good idea of colours and the product .This was followed up by a txt message to see if we had any further questions about the decking from Ali at the branch.We were please with everything, the price ,colour and quality,the only query we had was about delivery dates so we called the shop and this was answered straight away by Ali.After deciding to go ahead we went to the shop in Preston and Ali was there to give us every bit of information we needed and a delivery date that suited.So up to know thank you for the great service provided .
