BSM Reviews

I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Christakis Paphitis, and passed first time! He was always patient, informative, accommodating and organised and I really enjoyed our lessons. Very satisfied!

Sameer was the best instructor I could have asked for he is really patient and understanding driving instructor who will also make sure that you understand where you went wrong and how are you going to deal with the situation next time.

I was able to really connect with my instructor and understand driving to the best extent, i had chosen Christakis Paphitis as my instructor and i would recommend him to everyone. He always ensured that i was being pushed by presenting new and difficult tasks to ensure that by my test date i was fully prepared. He is really good at teaching things in simplistic ways to understand. I was fortunate to pass first time and to any new drivers i would fully recommend him!

can’t recommend Darren Shearer highly enough. Learning to drive with learning disabilities can sometimes feel overwhelming, but he has made the whole experience feel relaxed, comfortable and even fun

He is an incredibly patient and understanding instructor who never makes me feel rushed or under pressure. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and goes through each part step by step, making sure I understand before moving on

His calm and friendly approach has really helped build my confidence and made learning to drive so much less stressful. He always takes my individual needs into consideration and is happy to explain things again whenever I need it

I’m very grateful for all his patience, encouragement and support. If you’re looking for a driving instructor who genuinely cares about his students and wants to help them succeed, I would highly recommend him to anyone and I am moving to next steps taking my pass plus course with Darren

I had John Bolton (Sidcup) as my instructor with BSM for about 4-5 months and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. He was an excellent instructor from start to finish. He taught me so much throughout my time and was extremely supportive. He always made time for me and taught me so much during my lessons and giving me advice. He was patient, friendly and made every lesson enjoyable, fun and exciting while still learning a lot. John also played a big part in helping me pass my driving test today at Sidcup and I’m really grateful for all the help he has provided me.He is such a great instructor and genuinely lovely person to talk to and be around. We had many great conversations. Would definitely recommend John if you’re learning to drive. He is an amazing instructor.

Matt Richardson / AA / Burgess Hill.

Amazing driving instructor , very friendly, and welcoming and will guarantee you a pass.
After 4 months of lessons, he helped me pass with two minors.
Couldn't ask for a better instructor!
200% recommend!

Ralph Hart was my driving instructor and the name fits because he truly does teach with his "Hart". I've had other instructors before but Ralph's ability to teach and adapt to how you learn is something else and I passed today on my first attempt. I was a nervous driver and didn't want to do "big roundabouts" or spirals or even over taking cars but Ralph would through me in the deep end but so calmly and casually and show me how I really had nothing to be scared of and how he can easily teach me to do these things safely. The amount of times I doubted if I should go for my test even just this morning and not once did Ralph ever doubt me and my ability. Ralph you're a star and you're definitely in the job your supposed to be in. I cannot thank you enough.
Ralph, I'll always remember what 2x2 is.
Thank you.

Travis Joseph from BSM was my instructor very patient in he early stages of learning to drive and gave clear instructions and explanation through out my experience. once I found a test we did lost of practise in that area and learned the potential test routes which really helped on my test day. Highly recommend great instructor whether your new or experienced.

Mo is an amazing instructor. He is always punctual, communicates clearly and effectively, teaches in a way that is easy to understand and sets you up to pass your driving test without fail. I woukd highly recommend him to anyone who wants a positive experience. Thank you so much Mo for the lessons.

My instructor, Travis Joseph was a lovely and calm instructor. Because of this I was able to pass first time in 7 lessons. I massively recommend him!

Highly recommended. Mr Mo is a highly qualified and professional driving instructor. His way of teaching is next level. He is very calm and punctual. He made me confident. I passed my driving test in first attempt. Just go for BSM and Mr Mo if you’re searching for the best driving instructor in Gillingham. I would give more than 5 stars.

My instructor Shafiq Hafeez made me feel confident and safe on the road. He showed me clearly how to drive safely around my test centre and the area that I live as well as general areas which are difficult to drive around in Birmingham. One of his best attributes is how clearly spoken he is as it made every decision on the road easier and safer. Shafiq is easy to get along with and made the whole experience a 10/10 for me. I had no problems with dates, lateness or cancellations. I would definitely recommend Shafiq to anyone who is trying to pass their test.

Highly recommend Naomi Oben

I spent the last year learning with Naomi and really enjoyed it! Not only is she really talented instructor but also a lovely person.

I've had other driving instructors in the past and Naomi is in a class of her own. By spending time really figuring out how to help me specifically, creating an environment where I could learn most effectively, and pushing me to do my best, Naomi always made sure I got the most out of every lesson. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to learn to drive!

I would recommend Huseyin Arik from BSM (if doing Automatic). He was very helpful and friendly. He helped me prepare and pass my driving test in Cambridge!

I cannot thank Mohamed Mujahid from BSM enough for his incredible support over the past year! He stayed with me every step of the way, all the way from my very first automatic driving lesson until the day I finally passed my test and got my driving licence!Mohammad is an absolutely amazing instructor. He is extremely patient, professional, and always kept a positive attitude, even when I made mistakes. Driving for the first time can be very stressful, but his calm teaching style completely built my confidence behind the wheel. He never gave up on me, kept me motivated throughout the entire year, and tailored every lesson to make sure I mastered the road.If you are looking for an automatic driving instructor in Gillingham and surrounding areas who truly cares about your success, builds your confidence, and stays dedicated to helping you pass, I highly recommend Mohamed Mujahid and BSM. My instructor Tony Antoni was an incredibly skilled and experienced driving instructor! I passed my test first time with zero minor faults after practicing with him for only 3 weeks. Tony was very patient and calm and always answered my questions about driving concepts and techniques with clarity. He always gave me encouragement and confidence in my driving which motivated me so much. 😀
Couldn't have asked for a better instructor.
Thank you Tony! ⭐🚗

Leander Tonkin took me on as a novice driver, totally fearful and anxious and in 50 hours, into a confident, competent driver who passed first time! I will forever be grateful for her patience and attitude, we had some giggles but she knows what she’s doing and in 7 years I’ll be getting her to teach my daughter!!
