PassMe Fast is very reliable. We had our driving test booked already but struggling to find a driving instructor with another company for 5 months, whereas PassMe Fast found the suitable driving instructor within 2 days! Very impressive! Driving instructor was lovely and patient, giving good tips on perfect driving. My daughter passed first time with zero minors. Thank you PassMe Fast! :)

Now I’m working with Pass Me Fast and hoping it comes right this time. They’re got a pass rate 48% higher than the average and work with over 5000 DVSA licensed tutors (Jamie I was listening 😂)

Let’s see how this goes but so far, stellar service and I’d recommend

Great experience. I had Muhammed Arsgad (leeds) who was brilliant. Very professional, excellent at explaining everything, building my confidence and teaching me all that was needed to pass :) would definitely recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I am disappointed with my experience with Pass Me Fast so far. I paid in full for an intensive driving course and was sold what felt like a “dream” service quick turnaround, structured lessons, and full support. Unfortunately, the reality has been the complete opposite.

I was allocated an instructor who could not accommodate the availability I had clearly set on my profile from the beginning. This should have been checked before assigning me, as it has caused unnecessary delays and disruption.

On top of that, the instructor had no understanding of the booking portal (which is supposed to be used for scheduling lessons and providing feedback), and when I spoke to him directly, he didn’t even seem to know who Pass Me Fast were. This raised serious concerns about how instructors are vetted and managed.

After it became clear that our availability didn’t align, I requested a new instructor and for my hours to be corrected for lessons that never actually took place. Over a week later, after three phone calls, being hung up on by customer service, and receiving multiple holding emails, I am still in exactly the same position with no resolution.

The level of customer service has been extremely poor. Once payment was made in full, the communication and support significantly dropped off. I have been more than patient, but this has now gone beyond reasonable.

At this stage, I will be seeking further advice and escalating this matter to Trading Standards, as I do not feel the service provided matches what was promised or paid for.

I would not recommend based on my experience so far.

First of all they are “NOT” Driving School. They are just a Middle Man type company that PREY on NEW LEARNERS and New Trainee and Newly Qualified Instructors. They are THREE different name companies like “INSTRUCT ME” and ADI NETWORK who all do same job just fishing on Goggle and Social media and Preying on New Learners by Giving ADS like “ Quick Pass and Early Test booking etc which is not true always. People getting dates in 4-6 months time. Their customer service Nowhere to talk.
They Charge New Learners almost £55-£60 per hour just by fake promising and when learners tries to speak to them Very Low chances to fix it.
Now Instructor get paid as £30-£34 per hour because they do make Instructors bid as low as possible as they are new in profession so they would need to survive. Obviously they also provide same kind of service.

This Passmefast company Directors has just made different companies which can found on Companies house website to se they keep creating Companies but THEY ARE NOT INSTRUCTORS or Driving school.

Now Highly starred reviews here. They ask learners to review them at very start just at their first lesson or second and if one analyze all the reviews same patterns that staff was helpful and kind etc etc. which has gave them such high ratings.

These kinds of companies has caused DRIVING TESTS BOOKING chaos and people make over £150-£200 for early dates. But mow due to new DVSA rules they cannot get quick dates as they have been making bot bookings earlier.
Whoever books with them once NEVER books them again them and reviews are what these companies need to do FAKE PROMISES.

To Sum it all.
For Learners - Always Speak to your local Instructors first about booking test and lesson it will cost of almost HALF.

To Instructors- Try not Bid lower than local rates as they Prey on you to go low and low. By doing you are making them richer and lowering your earnings.

I wasn’t sure at first signing up to do the pass me fast course but since joining I feel way more confident on the roads! My instructor Simon has been an absolute godsend, he will go above and beyond for his students and has such vast knowledge when it comes to driving. I would 100% recommend asking for him as an instructor if you live in the Herefordshire/Worcestershire area. Looking forward to seeing you on the road!

I had a fantastic experience with PassMeFast! I received a test slot as soon as joined, followed by instructor’s details. I had Kemi, he was brilliant, provided me with loads of info , feedback and tips that helped me progress and pass my test ! Thank you very much.

Very kind and professional , I had so many so questions and answered them calmly , and explained everything properly , he was very understanding,he has excellent customer service experience, need more call handlers that are like him 10/10

Avoid this business at all costs.

There is nothing “fast track” about this company.
After paying a £375 deposit, the problems started immediately. Out of 10 hours booked, 4 are taken up just for the test day.

The instructor (his name is Jeff) I was given was extremely unprofessional, constantly late, ended lessons early, and even shouted few times during lessons. The car also had a faulty speedometer, meaning I was told to drive at 23 mph while actually going around 19 mph. On the day of my practical test, he even brought his cousin along, which was completely unprofessional. In addition to this he was keen to give a long review of the lesson which could have been done only in 5 mins.

When I asked to change instructor, I was told I’d be charged £50, and the company blindly sides with their instructors regardless of the issue.

Customer service is completely useless and only wastes your time. They charge excessive fees for everything, for example, even reducing your booked hours comes with extra charges .

Overall, this was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. Do not book with them.

I dealt with Richard day and what a gentleman . Made everything very clear and talked me through each step. Really clear and honest guy. Made things so simple therefore I went ahead and booked it. Really fulfilled me with confidence. Great guy. Honestly people I recommend.

i have done some experiments with a driving instructor about 8-10 hours

My instructor Joseph made me feel so calm and confident and helped me pass my test with only 1 minor!

Do not recommend using Pass Me Fast at all seemed to be great at the start discussion for a practical test date for August was told should be fine as theory runs out start of November then got a test date for the end of October contacted costumer service to see if any chance they could assist to get an earlier test date was told no do it yourself and you could always retake your theory after spending over £1600 and to be told that very poor customer service.

Caroline was an amazing instructor, explained everything thoroughly and was so calming! Passed first time and would recommend her to absolutely everyone!! Thank you so much Caroline!
