Great service and team
I initially left a very positive review after ordering DJI equipment for my Matrice 4T, including the DJI Power 1000 and fast-charging dock. The initial service was excellent, and when an incorrect product was supplied, the team were quick and helpful in arranging an exchange.
Unfortunately, I now feel I need to update my review based on what has happened since.
Firstly, the courier collection arranged by the company for the incorrectly supplied item failed to attend, so I had to arrange and pay for a DPD return myself. I was told this cost would be refunded. Around two weeks later, I am still waiting for that refund despite providing the invoice.
I have since placed another order. The item was showing as in stock and available for next-day delivery, and I paid a premium specifically for Saturday delivery. After hearing nothing, I contacted the company and was then told there was a stock issue. I was assured the item would instead arrive on Tuesday and that the additional delivery charge would be refunded.
It is now Thursday evening. I have received no item, no tracking information, no further update and neither of the promised refunds.
What is particularly frustrating is that the same item continues to be advertised on the website as in stock and available for next-day delivery, despite my order from seven days ago still not having been dispatched.
The team were genuinely very helpful initially, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Unfortunately, the ongoing lack of communication, missed delivery promises and outstanding refunds have completely changed my experience.
I would therefore advise others ordering time-sensitive or supposedly in-stock items to be cautious and confirm that stock is genuinely available before paying extra for expedited delivery.
I will update this review again if the company resolves the outstanding order and refunds.

Really good service.
I purchased some parts for my Grandson's crawler. They were delivered quickly and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, one of them (the servo) proved to be faulty but Jack sorted this out quickly and satisfactorily. Chichester is not far from where I live so I'll have to visit them sometime to see what their shop is like.

Ordered online & arrived in 2 days was next day delivery but I ordered it late at night so delivery was great in my opinion. The price was better than all other sellers. When I looked online 1st to order, it said 128gb memory card free to check I emailed to see if they had both Drone & memory card in stock which they promptly replied they had so I ordered asap. Would buy from them again, no problem.

An excellent company
I bought two items from Dronesafe, one was available immediately and the other a pre order. The first was delivered quickly and the second a week later. It was nice to receive a call from the owner to apologise for the delay in despatching which was obviously not their fault. I would say the customer service is excellent, pricing is very competitive with good delivered promptly and in my case, with a number of free gifts.
All in all, an excellent buying experience.

I purchased a DJI action 3 from the…
I purchased a DJI action 3 from the Dronesafe eBay store. The camera was described as "light use" , I personally think "almost new" would have been a better description. In fact the price of the camera was extremely competitive and value for money.
The camera arrived in a protective padded envelope placed in a good sized box surrounded in cushion paper.
Delivery was extremely fast, I struggle to see how delivery could be any quicker.
Personally I only have three saved sellers on eBay, these guys have become one of them. I think that says a lot of what I think of their service and goods.
Would I recommend using DroneSafe ? Absolutely I would, buying with total confidence. Thanks for a great camera and superb service.
