I called before I bought the drone and the chap was exceptionally helpful. I took delivery in Scotland and it was the very next day. Truthfully the delivery failed but that was DPDs issue not the drone safe stores. I couldn’t be happier with the kit I purchased it literally has everything I need. Top marks

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered new drone batteries and received a phone call to say there would be a slight delay in shipping due to a stock issue.
The batteries arrived one day after the original delivery date which was still exceptionally quick.
I would highly recommend this company for all things drone.

Ordered DJI mini 5 pro combo start of January. As a retired professional photographer I spent quite some time reviewing video etc. before purchasing. I am very fussy about image quality. Never used a drone before and was a little anxious on my first couple of flights. I must say I am more than impressed, this drones videos and stills are fantastic. I use it nearly everyday now as I live in wonderful Cornwall. Have already uploaded about 60 videos and stills to stock libraries and sold a couple of stills already last week.
