inaccurate ad, poor support, no refunds

I purchased cable trusting the description of their ad but it is not accurate, the connectors of the cable do not have a middle channel to fit in the IEMS that they said is compatible

- MASSDROP X MEE AUDIO PLANAMIC IN-EAR MONITORS
- MASSDROP X EMPIRE EARS ZEUS UNIVERSAL IEMS.

Both iems have in their connectors a channel in the middle but the cable does not have it.

After my first claim, they sent me a replacement cable that again is useless because it is the same cable!

I recently purchase a $200 dollar…

I recently purchase a $200 dollar keyboard from their website as a first time buyer. The keyboard was taken and caught on video. I reached out to their CS team and within 20 minutes they let me know they had sent a replacement, though another parcel service, with faster shipping. I hadn’t even sent the video yet! Quick, and professional.

I was very worried it was going to be a huge hassle to get the situation figured out and it was almost as smooth as purchasing an item. Because of how quickly and professionally they helped I quickly purchase a $90 keycap set.

A few days later that goes on sale by $53 dollars. I reached out hoping for a price adjustment and without question (again within a few minutes) they notified me that they credited my original payment method and would do so with any purchase made within the last $45 days. I rarely reach out to customer service but they has to be the best experience I’ve ever had. I will be shopping here until something changes.

unable to use the Welcome to Drop $10 off coupon

I was interested in the HD6XX headphones after reading about the substantial savings over the HD650's.
When I opened the web page I received the pop up for the the Welcome to Drop $10 off coupon.
Not being certain without further review I closed the window.
When i decided to make the purchase, the offer didn't appear, but I placed the order anyway.
I emailed support and explained the situation, and received a prompt reply from Liz from Drop Community Support.
Liz assured me my account would be credited with a refund.
Excellent support!!.

Lousy service and wrong orders

Bought a pre-order keyboard, got the wrong color one and they couldn't replace it. Due to there not being any options out there for me, I was forced to keep it. The partial $30 refund doesn't even cover the customs I paid. And not to even mention their nasty customer service. Never even looking their way after this, I haven't had such a sour taste from an interaction like this with a company in years.

Consistently Great Support

Today: I requested a username change, something not officially supported, and handled on a case-by-case basis. Not only did they help me out, they did it right away - and I really appreciate it.

Overall: Here's what it boils-down to: the buck stops with customer service, and Drop's is genuinely excellent. This wasn't always the case, but I'm happy to tell you it very much is now - these folks are serious about their customers having a good time.

Over the years I've gotten the occasional product that wasn't right - and customer service fixed it for me every time, whether I wanted to try again to get a good example of the item or just wanted my money back. I had one bad experience back in the Massdrop days, and since then I've had literal dozens of good and excellent ones. I've seen lots of companies fall off the wagon with customer service, but Drop might be the only one I've seen *improve* significantly, maintain that improvement, and keep it going. That gets a double high-five from me.

Quick and painless

I purchased a Sense75 barebones keyboard, only to have the MSRP reduced by $50 while my order was in transit. I contacted customer support about it, and heard back in less than a day. Liz was very helpful and immediately agreed to refund me the money. Overall very pleased with my experience.

Decent product, awful support

This company sold me an expensive product that when one tiny plastic piece broke, their customer support could only say there was ‘nothing to be done’. Only reason this isn’t a one star is because the rest of the product (not the customer service) was at least decent.

The best I've had

First off, the sound I'm getting from my PC38x headset is the best I've heard. Second, the customer support I received from Matthew was the best and easiest I've ever had. I forgot to rate his support on the ticket he opened for my issue and the ticket has since then closed and for that I am incredibly apologetic

Unique products with something extra…

Unique products with something extra added. Have placed 5 orders and couldn't be happier. Of particular note is the Sennheiser HD6XX headphones. Very similar to their stock offerings (HD650) but over $100 cheaper! I'm a satisfied owner...

Customer service was first rate and QUICK. They responded to my request in under 5 minutes and were able to immediately solve the issue. Will be a Drop customer for years to come.

AMAZING customer support. I have not yet received any products from Drop (That's why I haven't rated them 5 stars yet). Although my experience with their customer support always exceeds my expectations! They usually respond within a few hours of me filing an issue and always try to help in the best of their ability.
