Good company / easy returns if needed

Got those 180$ sennheisers, they were pretty mid compared to my ath-mx50’s. Had em almost a month then returned it. Super easy, got my return money back pretty quick too. Bout multiple things from drop this was my first return and was no issue. I’d trust em 👍🏻

Great customer support

Unexpected experience, but ends with great customer support. I bought a pair of speakers on Drop.com, turned out to have some issues connecting to the PC. Contacted the manufacturer but didn’t get much help. Contacted drop.com later and representative Liz helped me resolved the issue promptly. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

Easy difference refund, good experience

The price of the headphones I bought went down right thereafter and I requested a refund of the difference - they honored it without questions asked. Also, HD6xx is exactly the basically same product as HD650 as far as I am concerned, for budget-concerned customers.

Sense 75 and customer support experience

I got the Sense75 nightfall. I got it on sale for 150. The first mailed was undeliverable and thats fine, it happens. I request a replacement and again it took the standard time (it was around 2 weeks to even get the unit in my place. Opened the box and plugged it in and the most important key did not work, the SPACEBAR. I opened it and they did not solder the kailh socket. I am now approaching more than 2 weeks with a defective item and support is taking their time. I have been passed around and it seems like no one wants to answer my questions. I even offered to do it my self or even just get a replacement pcb to repair it myself so i dont HAVE to give it back and support still doesnt want to answer. HORRIBLE experience. This is my first ever review for anything (which shows you how bad it really is, especially with the quality of items from amazon)

Negative experience turned positive

Recently when I bought a product, I had encountered an unpleasant experience during the process. However the support team replied within a day and resolve the challenge in a positive manner which reinforced my confidence to purchase from Drop in the future. Keep it up and will recommend to friends as well.

Good products and a great support team.

Customer support has far exceeded my expectations! They always responded within a couple of hours. Have helped me with my problem in a very accommodating and straightforward manner. Absolutely and fully recommended.

Build quality is exceptionally poor

Build quality is exceptionally poor. Head phones will last 1-1.5 yes and then fail. Warranty process does not have an advanced rma system, and agents will not properly update addresses. Additionally, the Sennheiser headphones are not actually Sennheiser, they just have the rights to use the branding.

Surprise duty costs

Surprise duty costs of 72$ when it got to my door, on top of shipping costs, announced nowhere during checkout, otherwise I would not have purchased this headset.

Bought a pair of headphones that were great but unfortunately got an issue after 1+ year of daily usage, after contacting them they offered me a full refund and didn't ask me to return the product.

Outstanding customer service!

I ordered a pair of JVC earphones from Drop.com but probably received a lemon that had issues with Bluetooth pairing. Their customer service was very quick to react, so I had my money back. The communication was excellent, super friendly and efficient. I'll be definitely buying more from Drop, knowing that I am covered in case of any issues.

Massdrop warranty is a scam

I attempted to get warranty on a defective product that they partnered in making and they first told me It didn't have manufacturers warranty, I showed massdrops own claim that it's backed by manufacturers warranty via massdrop and then the massdrop rep said after contacting the manufacturer that I have to contact the manufacturer. I've contacted them through email multiple times, Facebook and Instagram all I got was ignored and dismissed. Funny that writing a truthful review gets a stupid response, whichever cooked drop employee replied, I did try multiple times to write a new ticket and got the same or worse response, if you truly cared to resolve this you'd leave a direct email for me to contact one of you

The site malfunctioned & didbt place…

The site malfunctioned & didbt place the order. Brought it to the attention of the staff, but staff couldn't manually enter the order. So I lost out on the purchase

Thank you for your reply. I requested another drop of tge item as suggested by the representative, & it was offered again, so ultimately I was able to get the item I wanted.

worst vendor ever

worst vendor ever, took over 2 year to ship some keycaps and they have no communication and when you ask them to solve something you get some smartass girl telling you its your problem.

They remove negative reviews on their site.

And the worst of all the colours don't match the render at al.
