No product and no refund
I ordered new BMR speaker and after many delays and misinformation - I haven't received neither speaker nor full refund.
In May 2023, I ordered the speaker with grills both of which which supposed to be shipped in July, it was delayed to August. Sad but it was expected.
It finally was shipped at the end of August but after a week it stuck somewhere. I reached out to CS and asked to check it and was told it is a normal shipping situation, and I need to patiently wait till October 5th and reach out again if no progress. On October 9th I reached out again as no progress - I have been told (1) that it wasn't shipped, then after checking again (2) tracking number was showing wrong information and the speaker returned back to the sender.
I was told they have no stock and can only offer me waiting indefinitely more or request a refund. I paid $173 in total but "full refund" Drop issued was $34.36 only.
I wish I could give it zero stars
I wish I could give it zero stars. Drop used to be great and now it’s a scam. Please do not give them more money!!

Fantastic platform!
I absolutely adore Drop! Their platform is filled with super duper fun products that always keep me excited. However, as with any service, there are occasional hiccups, but Drop's customer support team always steps in and efficiently fixes things. I really appreciate their prompt assistance, and it's clear that our respect for each other is mutual.

I contacted support about a second price adjustment for an item I purchased, which had to replaced through RMA.
The first price adjustment (from a $50 off sale) was within a month of the original item's delivery date, however the 2nd adjustment (from a $100 off sale) was not within a month of the original item's delivery date, but was within a month of the replacement's delivery date.
Despite this, Drop still honoured the adjustment while responding and processing the payment on the same day. Excellent service provided

This is an app that says it gives you gift cards for shopping and completing surveys. They used to do that, but now they don't. Back in late March or early April, I requested a gift card. Usually they give you one. But Drop told me that they would send me a card within 45 days. Then they said it would be within 60 days. Then it was indefinite. Now, drop cards are "available" to claim at exactly 12pm on Thursdays. I've followed all of their instructions. I open the app and go to the gift card section where it says "more cards available on [this date]" (the date I log in). Instantly, it then says there is an error and then "Gift Cards are sold out, try again [in a week]". I've tried it several weeks now. I've turned in support tickets, with no resolution. They need to be held accountable for stealing people's time.

Nonexistent “Customer Service”
I ordered an Arozzi gaming desk in pure black. Order arrived and it was pink. Totally not what I ordered, desk was also missing an important bag of screws. I messaged drop support and a whole day later they say they can’t do anything and they referred me to Arozzi to have me solve the issue on my own accord. I finally reached an agreement with Arozzi, not what I would have liked but we came to a compromise. The support ticket through drop was then closed. Suddenly two weeks later after the issue has been dealt with drop support went behind my back and sent another desk to my house without my permission. Not sure why they did that and also not sure why they couldn’t have done that to begin with. This whole experience was awful and drawn out. The whole time it felt like neither party was responsible for their mess up. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t and I also strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from drop as a company.

Amazing support! Satisfied me & put me in my place!
I was drawn to Drop by friends and their good online reputation (that I've seen at least) and was about to build my first custom keyboard. However, in my excitement I made a mistake and didn't consider that these boards have an ANSI layout and I live in the EU and would require an ISO/NR layout to make good use of it and so I decided I wanted to return it and asked for a refund so I could send the board and keycaps back. I initially misunderstood the support and was a little rash and upset in my response but they went over the moon and not only fulfilled my request but really only gave kindness in return. I feel like they were truly generous in this situation when they really didn't have to and I absolutely didn't expect this at all which was partly cause of the initial confusion, but they absolutely satisfied me and honestly did it so well that I feel ashamed of myself for the tone I had used in my previous response where I was scared I was about to be tricked out of money. But no, they really did me a solid and put me in my place. Top Star support, they absolutely deserve 5 stars!

I originally purchased a pair of headphones but were lost in transit due to a fault from the carrier. However Drop's customer support were very helpful and got me a new set within a week! Very good experience with them!

I paid $172.80 for a product to obtain 20000 points in rewards from a purchase I made July of last year, it is equal to $20 worth of credits. Drop.com informed me that my order will be delivered around August. When my order was delivered on August, I received an email from Drop.com that they added $20 worth of points to my account. I logged into my account earlier this year and confirmed that 20000 points have been added to my account, there was no indication that my points would expire anywhere on website. However, when I logged in on July 2023 my rewards points was completely removed. I contacted customer service 3 times and they refused to help me with this matter. I cannot view this anything other than to intentionally create confusion so that the customer has to guess when the points expire. This type of shady practice must stop and be publicly made known so that the public can see what kind of practices Drop.com are implementing on unwitting customers. To go so far as to refuse to help the customer when they take away the points they have earned is inexcusable.

DISHONEST ONLINE AD
If you intended to sale a single item, just run an ad with that item on it. You ran an ad with 3 items displayed but only one item was included. It was one of the most dishonest I have seen in recent years. . I once trusted you but not any more. As I said, I will use any opportunities to warn people and advise them staying away from you.
What was so sneaky is that when checking out I was asked to chose the color of PA3 and thought it was strange to just ask PA3 and not the other two. I thought I could care less about the color of the other two devices so I clicked silver. Later, you customer support told me that by clicking it I demonstrated I knew what I was doing. That is truly sneaky.
I would never understand a business like you resorted to this type of ad game.

Terrible customer support.
I bought a drop sense75 roughly half a month ago.
The board arrived with a damaged LED under the DEL key that was defective (would not turn red with the rest of the board).
It took drop around half a week to reply to my support ticket. They offered a replacement unit.
I shipped the board back to drop sep 1. The board arrived back at drop sept. 7. I have not heard anything back from drop about my replacement since sept. 1.
I’ve sent multiple emails inquiring about the status of my return with no reply.

Drop Customer Service was 5 Star Great!
I received a pair of computer speakers from Drop and initially one speaker had a buzzing sound. I contacted Drop about the issue and they assigned a customer support person, Damian, to help me. Damian was fantastic. In short order he reached out to me, told me exactly what I needed to do to send in and receive a replacement set of speakers. His instructions were clear and easy to follow. Within just a matter of days, I had sent my pair of speakers back to Drop (which Drop paid for) and received a new set. I’ve dealt with a lot of companies over the last 15 years buying a lot of HiFi equipment online and I can honestly: Customer service doesn’t get any better than what I received from Damian and Drop. Highly recommended.

Not like other websites.
They shipped a desktop speaker 7 months after the purchase date. I had already assumed it would never be shipped and went and bought a speaker. Then they send it (after 7 months) and its the first time in 14 years I'm forced to pay duties at the post office (this never happens with other websites btw. Most companies know how to label it so there is no duties OR will handle the duties themselves and add it to the charge). I wanted to return the product and they wont at all take any responsibility for their insanely late product and wanted me to pay for the shipment back to them. I cannot trust people who function like this. Companies that have zero understanding of when they screwed up are out to make money even when they screw up...
Notice in their original response, no mention about their late shipments or unwillingness to pay for shipping after they charge you for something they send you after half a year. Bad company.

New Customer - Will still order
I was recommended to DROP by a friend and thus, I was a new customer. I ordered two keyboards at different dates. Both keyboards ended up having issues that could not be taken care of and I contacted customer support. After providing information about my purchase and answering a few questions as to what my problems were, customer service bent over backwards to try and help, however, nothing worked. Due to this, they issued full refunds for both keyboards and were very responsive in emails (even on weekends). DROP customer support is easily 10/10 and due to the trouble free experience, minus the keyboards, I'll still order their products. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get into keyboards and or looking to upgrade their setup.

Don't waste your time with these lazy Drop Drips.
I contacted Drop about my item not working. Got emails asking my address and telling me they had no stock left. I found the problem myself and asked for new parts. I tried until they told me that the order was over 30 days old and they would no longer honor my problem request. These Bozos think that customer service is sticking it to you for a $2 cable. I have spent over $2000 at Drop and this is how you help me. I would give 0 stars if possible.
